  • SeaShell Condo Spring Break 2015

"Daniel, the condo owner, was great. He gave us a detailed email about the facility and local places to eat. He emailed us just prior to arrival and gave his number if we had any questions. The condo was very nice and clean. Close to the elevator. PROS: Clean. King bed in one bedroom and 3 twin beds in the other bedroom. Kitchen had all the cooking supplies needed. CONS: For some reason I thought the unit had a washer/dryer but a few days before when I checked I was told it is near the elevator. I tried on 5-6 times to use the washer and it was always occupied, often by someone on another floor (the baskets have a room number on them and usually it was floor 3's baskets). We would stay there again. York Family"

  • We had a great relaxing time.

"The Villa was extremely spacious and comfortable. The beach was fabulous. The location of the Villa was great. A little far out from the town village walking distance but it was only a five to seven minute drive. Loved Siesta Key. Can't wait to return. Thank you Janet for your hospitality. We will return."

  • Best of Everything

"We have visited the Gulf Coast several times and we finally found the right combination of the best beach, a great location and a great condo. The unit was just as advertised with a well-supplied kitchen, beach equipment and a computer with Internet access. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony which overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. There is quite a bit of traffic particularly on the weekends and at times dolphins appear. Siesta Key advertises that it is the #1 beach and it is warranted. We went swimming each morning and the Gulf was always calm, the beach very gradual and the sand perfect. Though we had a car, it is not necessary. There is a grocery store, drug store and other shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed eating at Miguels, a French restaurant owned by a Spaniard with culinary training in France. The food was excellent and it is an amazing value compared to French restaurants in city-centers. My wife in particular fell in love with the beach and the décor of this unit. We would definitely enjoy a return trip."
