  • 2016 Christmas-New Year's Getaway

"My girlfriend and I stayed in this beautiful 7TH floor studio apartment over the 2015-16 Holidays. We rode bikes to the State Park across the street, fished, sunbathed, shelled and took romantic sunset walks on the beach (across the street!). Doc’s restaurant was within walking distance and a little family-owned Mexican restaurant, as well as Coconut Jack’s, were just a short drive up the street. The New Year's Eve fireworks on the beach, from our private screened-in patio, were awesome with an unobstructed view up and down the beach! Everything in the apartment was clean, crisp, tastefully decorated and next to new. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing Holiday vacation and we would highly recommend it to relax, decompress and get-away!"

"This was our first time renting a home and we are so glad we did! The first 3 days were spent watching Tropical Storm Hermine from the gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. We didn't seem to mind. The lanai and pool are fantastic. The backyard was private and we could go for late night swims. We had a couple of cliches the first few days with some things not working, but Giovanni took care of them very quickly...thank goodness for Giovanni! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the beach umbrellas and one beach chair were broken and need to be replaced. We still loved going to the beach almost day. I am already trying to schedule another trip to this home. Thank you to Giovanni and the owners for making this home available."

  • Hope to return soon

"The pictures looked good but mostly we rented for the proximity to our friends who had recently moved nearby. We loved our little beach cottage. It was clean and adequately furnished. In Iowa the kitchen is the "heart of the home" and this one was beautiful! Roomy enough for several people to work and and a great counter height granite bar with numerous seating that wraps around the kitchen making entertaining perfect! There is also a small outdoor entryway/courtyard that is a perfect place to store all your sandy beach gear. It's located one block off the main " beach "drag so everything is nearby yet it's very quiet. There is an outdoor patio with table and gas grill. (Ok, the backyard turf is not in great shape, it's bit scraggly but that didn't matter to us. There is a pond with some fish. ) I really don't understand the previous "not good" review as we found none of those deficiencies. We found the owners Drew & Mia very friendly and accommodating. My message to all renters, should you have a problem or concern, contact the owner and give them a chance to resolve any issues. We enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs and hope to return and stay at this property."

"This condo offers safety, privacy, solitude, and the convenience of being near ocean, beaches, restaurants, and retail. The location is off the beaten path and not a tourist trap but still near the Interstate. The price is very reasonable and the caretakers for the unit live nearby. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I want to keep this unspoiled paradise from being overrun by large numbers of tourists. If you do decide to come and stay here, please keep the location to a select few of your friends and leave everything as you found it."
