  • Ideal place

"Recently remodeled with granite counters and everything you could possibly need. Absolutely beautiful location. You can watch the sunrise on the back screened in porch over the intercoastal and sunsets across the street on the beach. Once you're there, no need for a car, since you can ride the Anna Maria bus for free. Close to Cortez, so easy to see sites close to Anna Maria in Sarasota/Bradenton area like Ringling museum, etc. lots to see and do in the area. Loved the paved trail across the street ..,great for biking or walking in a shaded area next to the water."

  • Relaxing, Relaxing, Relaxing....Fun in the Sun!

"My family and I loved Bonnie's beach house. The beach house provided everything you could possibly need to have a great time on Little Gasparilla Island. The beach house was located in a perfect spot and only a short walk to the beach on the gulf side, or a short walk to the bay side. We loved the beach and were able to relax and enjoy the island. My wife and I and two teenage boys felt that the beach house had plenty of room and it never felt crowded. I enjoyed the large screened in porch and hammock immensely!! If you’re in to Kayaking, Bonnie provided Kayaks to paddle around the bay. It was so peaceful and relaxing, we loved the Islanders that we ran into on the island, and they were very nice and helpful. My wife loved the fact that the beach house had a full washer and drier and all the things you need in the kitchen. Bonnie's check-in and Check-out process was easy and she answered all my questions before we got to the island. I will recommend Bonnie's beach house to all my friends and family or anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing place to stay. I'm thinking about how fast I can return for another trip right now as I'm writing this!!"

  • Wonderful!

"We spent a month in this condo starting in the middle of March 2016. It was perfect for us. The condo is very clean, roomy and the screened in lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The kitchen is very well stocked. Seriously, every kitchen thing you want is there to use. The bathroom showers have great water pressure and big, fluffy towels. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a large walk in closet. This home has everything you will need. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, mats, towels and even big floppy hats. I needed a needle and thread one day and looked around and found a sewing kit. We loved the quiet location. After spending most days doing touristy things or being at the beach (there is so much to do and see in the area), it was nice to come home to a quiet neighborhood. We took lovely evening walks through the neighborhood with sidewalks (our hometown does not have sidewalks so that was a bonus for us). The pool is not heated but was warm enough to swim in by the end of March. The condo is on the second floor but there is an elevator if you are a person who has trouble with stairs. The condo itself is all one level. I highly recommend this home to anyone. The owner is great to work with. Winnie answers communications quickly and is simply a delightful person."

  • VERY NICE CONDO AND PERFECT LOCATION!

"We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Tarpon Beach 111 in December. It was our fourth time on Sanibel and our second time in this condo. It is clean and the beds, sofas and chairs are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need if you desire to cook. The condo is nicely decorated, however we would not mind finding a nice ocean painting instead of the metal fish on the living room wall next time! The condo is located just steps away from the beach, on the third and top floor so you have great views of the ocean. We loved the lanai and spent a lot of time there when we were not out on the beach. The pool was very nice and warm and surprisingly quiet. The owner has included several beach chairs with an insulated compartment for your drinks, umbrellas and nets for shelling so all we needed to rent was bikes. Tarpon Beach is right on one of the bike trails and very close to the Bailey Tract which is wonderful for walking and wildlife watching. You are close enough to Bailey's supermarket to bike over. Some of our favorite activities are visiting the Ding Darling Preserve, kayaking at Tarpon Bay, watching the sun set while walking on the beach and of course dining at the local restaurants. The only problem that we encountered was with the front door lock. It sticks and it is difficult to lock and unlock the door from the outside. We asked maintenance to lubricate it but it did not seem to help much. It looks like it needs to be replaced. There are many condos to choose from on Sanibel but we think that Tarpon Beach 111 is perfect for us and reasonably priced so we plan on renting it again next time we'll vacation on Sanibel."
