  • Our home away from home

"We stayed here in April 2016 and fell in love with the place! My husband & I like to stay on our daily schedule by having coffee & breakfast outside, weather permitting in MI. Bill has a wonderful patio area furnished so that we can enjoy that every morning. Also great for martinis in the evening.🍸󮀠We park our car and walk everywhere, into town or to the beach everyday. We were looking for another 'runaway from home' vacation again in November and decided to go back a 2nd time this year. It is a very nice & clean place to stay. I teased Bill in the spring that I didn't want to write a good review because then everyone would want to stay here and would no longer be available for us! We look forward to our next stay!"

  • Perfect location. Great house!

"We stayed for 2 weeks in January and absolutely loved our trip. The house is very nice and furnished very well. It was also the best stocked home we have ever rented as far as kitchen utensils, towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. it had almost everything you would need. The new saltwater pool and spa are the best! We used the spa and pool every single day we were there. Even though it was a very short walk to the village we used the 4 of the bikes almost every day. They were new and in great condition. We rode to the other end of the island many times and even off the island a couple. Ryan and Todd were extremely responsive and great to work with. I would/will rent this house again with absolutely no hesitation."

  • Convenient well maintained condo and grounds across the street from one of America's premier beaches

"Why go to the beaches of Mexico, the Dominican Republic or Caribbean, when one of the finest beaches you’ll find is right here in the U.S. of A. in Siesta Key, Florida. We stayed in this two bedroom, bath and a half condo for the first week in June 2016. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second bedroom. It is adequately supplied with dishes and cookware if prefer to do your own cooking and not go out to eat all the time. There is also an adequate supply of bath and beach towels and plenty of closet and dresser space. After having a week to contemplate our stay at Mike’s condo at Midnight Cove II, a lot of C words come to mind. Clean - Bedding, bathrooms, refrigerator, oven/stove, entire condo Convenient - Everything you could want is within walking distance. Restaurants/bars, bike rentals, family grocery, souvenir shops, post office, hardware store, ice cream shop, fish market, etc. The first floor condo is very close to the parking spot and made it very easy to unload and load the car. No lifting/carrying luggage up steps. Just roll it in. Close - This condo is about as close to the well maintained swimming pool as you can get (but not too close). It also offers one of the shortest walks to the beach of any of the units in Midnight Cove II. Customer Service - This guy Mike knows a little bit about old fashion customer service. I probably emailed or called him ten times about the rental. Every time his response was almost instantaneous. This was very reassuring. Coffee and Cocktails - the large screened in back porch overlooking the inlet and docks provides a scenic view and is ideal for quiet morning coffee or evening cocktails. The warm Clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico are truly refreshing. After averaging all these C’s, we came up with an average grade of A for our vacation to Siesta Key and Midnight Cove II. I would recommend this condo to others and hope to return again."

  • Beautiful

"This was the first time my family & friends rented a house or used HomeAway website for going away purposes. I have to admit that the house took us by surprise; the pictures do not do justice on how beautiful and accommodating the house really is. There was enough space for all three families without feeling crowded. The house was fully loaded with all of the kitchen appliances as well as the BBQ area. The only thing we were expecting a bit bigger was the pool, but all in all it was a beautiful home and Siesta Key became our second home."
