  • The perfect home for water lovers!

"Keith and Melissa were fantastic hosts! The house is very clean and the perfect location. The is a boat lovers dream. Boat ramp is just a mile or so away, easy access from the canal to open water. The pool & hot tub was heated for us during our Christmas getaway. Excellent restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back! Thanks again!!"

  • Great family Vacation!

"We just returned from a week long stay after Christmas and it was wonderful. The condo has a beautiful south facing view of the ocean with nice patio furniture (high table provides a great view). The beds were very comfortable and our family prefers twins for the second room as my teenagers don't like to share a bed. We didn't use the pool (it looked nice enough) because we had record highs for December and the ocean was 76-77 degrees! The kids enjoyed fishing and playing on the beach. The condo complex was full (as expected for the holiday) chairs were a little hard to come by, but we went out early to grab a couple. Never had a long wait for the elevator. Loved not having to carry keys to access the rooms and complex, super with the teens coming and going. If I had only one minor issue was In The mornings I get up super early and both husband and kids sleeping, afraid I would wake them by using the restrooms located in each of the bedrooms, but that would certainly not stop me from renting there again. The location was great! The proximity to the bridge limited the travel time around town. The owners were great to work with! Loved our stay."

"The place was better than advertised, even after the tornado took its (slight) toll. The owners obviously have good taste. Maw's Beach House is appropriately furnished and offers almost breathtaking sunset views over the beach. The previous tenants generously left goodies in and around the kitchen. Naturally, we tried to keep up the tradition when we left. One has to realize that being on the tenth floor to some extent mitigates the effect of a traditional "beach house," but the view up the beach more than makes up for it. Much fun. Luxury. Good vacation digs."

"I stayed at this wonderful condo for two/three months. It is right on the beach with about 10 private stairs to the pool but far enough away to not get all the pool noise. The LR has two walls of widows which allow wonderful views of the beach/ocean and has two sofas to stretch out and read with comfort. A desk separates the dining area from the living and is a nice place to put your electronics. The kitchen is small but I cooked most nights and found it adequate. I didn't use the tiny back patio but it is a nice place to have a drink when the west sun is filling the living room and seemed always to have a breeze. Bedrooms are more than adequate. I would have preferred the beds to be two twins since I am a widow but most people would prefer the king which is two joined twins. The only negative to the unit I found was the abundance of traditional furniture and doodads. My taste runs very contemporary and sparse, However, it did not in any wait affect my enjoyment of the incredible ocean view and location. I absolutely loved the location which is close to everything and I was very happy there."
