  • Fantastic condo!

"We absolutely loved the condo! We felt at home! It was clean, and nicely furnished. The king size bed was very comfortable! My daughter used the Murphy bed and she loved it! We watched all the movies. We spent all of our days on the beach. There's no private access to the beach, but the public access is a short 5 min drive up Midnight Pass Rd. We called Johnny's original free shuttle for the first couple of days. They work for tips only. We saw that parking wasnt a problem at this time of the year, so we drove for the rest of our stay. The downtown shopping and restaurant area is about a 10 min (if so) drive away. There's a free public parking behind everything. If you are coming from the condo turn right when you see the mini doughnuts trailer and then take the next left. The parking will be on your left. There're amazing ice cream shoppes. We cooked for the most part bc we have little kids and it was easier for us. The kitchen is very well stocked. The appliances are nice and new. Mary is very prompt and easy to work with it! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We'll defenitely be renting the condo again!"

  • A very nice place.

"Tracy, Your place was great. Enjoyed the view and the easy access to the beach. I have no complaints. If you are interested in my opinion on what make your place even more appealing, here it is: 1. supply beach chairs 2. supply a beach umbrella 3. supply beach towels......these 3 are not something that people can pack and with your place it is obvious that people want to be at the beach. The beach chars were under $10.00 and so what if they only last a few years. 4. I would have appreciated better directions. The buildings are not clearly marked as "A" building, so I had trouble finding my way...especially at night. 5. The arrangement of how/where to get in as opposed to where to park later was confusing. Perhaps consider mailing keys a week in advance so people can just park out front and come straight into the right building from day one. I hope you find this helpful. Gary"

  • 2nd year in a row in this wonderful unit

"This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this unit, and in between our stays, the owner upgraded the kitchen, which is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with probably every utensil, appliance, pots, pans, etc. that you would ever need. The unit is very clean, and the bedding and furniture still feel and look brand new. The owner is very nice and has always replied very quickly with any question I have had. My previous review has more details, but to clarify, the master bedroom has a partial gulf view and partial pool view, but the view of both the gulf and the pool are mostly obstructed from the enclosed lanai due to the many lush palm trees on the pathway leading to the pool outside below the lanai, but it is a very nice tropical view. The pool is a large saltwater pool, which is nice because you come out feeling relatively clean and there is no smelly chlorine. The grounds are very well kept. There are stairs near the unit and lead to the unit’s covered parking spot. The washer/dryer and elevator are down the hall. Outside the elevator, there was a shopping cart and luggage cart which is helpful on move in/move out day with luggage, and after a trip to Publix (just over the bridge, about 5 minutes away) with lots of groceries. The huge deck with BBQ grills near the beach is great, and it has a covered section with tables and chairs. There was a massive meteor shower while we were there mid-August, and my family went out onto this deck at 5 am until dawn, and saw 20-30 meteors overhead! Siesta Key is well known for it’s fine white powdery sand, and even in the August sun and heat, it never got hot and was very comfortable to walk on it barefoot. If you are an early riser, walking on the beach just after sunrise is beautiful – I even happened to witness a baby sea turtle that had just hatched, make it’s way to the water!"
