  • Perfect Find

"Traveling to Bradenton for a family wedding, 5 of us (all adults) chose accommodations other than a hotel to spend the week. This condo was the perfect choice. Three floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open kitchen/living area. All the amenities of home one should need. Having a private elevator was definitely a perk. Made transporting luggage to upper floors a whole lot easier. To wake up every morning being able to step out onto the balcony (one on the 2nd floor & one on the 3rd) and take in the view of the bay was such a treat. Great view to watch the dolphins too if you are as lucky as we were to spot them right there, in the water behind the condo! My adult nephew enjoyed being able to walk out the ground level sliding door and right onto the dock to fish. Close to Anna Maria Island was a plus along with the several beaches along the way. Plenty of restaurants and markets close by for all your food needs. Last but not least, the owner of the condo, Rachel was awesome to deal with. She responded promptly to all emails and phone calls. All concerns were addressed and anything she felt we should know ahead of time was shared with us. Thank you Rachel & David Foster for opening up your beautiful condo to the rental market so travelers like us can enjoy it as much as I am sure you do! Hopefully in the near future we will be blessed to make a return visit. This is definitely where I would want to stay! Cynthia Guerriero~"

  • Paradise

"We just came back from a wonderful week at Sanibel. Our family have been spending our last vacation of the Summer at Sanibel for the last nine years. This was our first time at this condo. We procrastinated and the places where we ussually stay did not have a whole week available. Our kids ( 9 and 7 years old) did not want less than 7 days... neither did the adults :) I am glad we decided to try a new place. This condo was wonderful, eventhough is not gulf front view it's extremely comfortable located in the first floor, steps away from the ocean and right in front of the pool. The carpet floors are very clean, which was one of the things that I was a little hesitant about; but was pleasantly surprise. The oplostery furniture is very well taken care of as well. The beach chairs are very comfortable, shelling is great in this area of the Island. In only one morning the kids found 18 perfect, beautiful shells, with no animals inside. We had a great time waking up at sunrise, taking a break in the middle of the day at the condo, and going back to the beach until sunset. I loved the convenience of being in the first floor, it made everything so easy. I also enjoy how in the middle of the night when everything is quiet you can hear the surf from the master bedroom. Others families with no cars in the Island told us how they went everywhere riding bikes. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back next Summer. 💙🙏🏼🐚"

  • This place was awesome!

"This is an immaculate unit which is very well stocked with all the essentials. It is on a major road so not a quiet place, but the advantage is it's within walking distance of everything -- beach, food, drinks, shopping. This is a one bedroom with a full bed which we found to be small, but I slept on the couch which was comfy. Overall, it's a great place and great value for the money!"

  • Really Nice Condo in South Seas

"This lands ends condo is really good for a small family or girlfriend getaway! Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the view of the gulf which included pelicans, dolphins and boats everyday! Really enjoyed the use of the fishing poles and beach chairs too. We brought our own bikes instead of renting and rode everywhere, including all the way to the Sanibel lighthouse! The kitchen was hardly used but had more than everything you needed for your stay. I only wish they had left some empty cupboard space for our own food. The beds were super comfortable and really nice linens. Bathrooms were really clean and had great towels! The only downside I would say if you were expecting to use the resort amenities including the trolley, ice cream store, restaurants, beach rentals or any of the shops you cannot. They do not sell daily or weekly passes. Its a shame South Seas doesn't even in their off season wouldn't want your money. We live in a resort in South Carolina and they don't turn down any reason to take your money. We enjoyed the pool we were aloud to use but if you have small children they might be disappointed they can't use the resort pool which has slides etc. Doc Fords was the only restaurant you can pay cash or credit card at within South Seas area but honestly that was the only place we didn't like! Stick to Keylime Bistro, Otters, Mucky Duck, Bubble Room and Captiva Cantina that are outside the gates. I wouldn't hesitate telling anyone to rent this well maintained condo!"
