  • Lovely Beachfront Condo!

"My family of five spent last week in the McGraw's well appointed beachfront condo at Pointe Santo and had a wonderful time! The unit is modern and equipped with everything you could need for your family's stay at the beach. We have a 16-month-old and especially appreciated the pack & play and highchair - it made things a lot easier for us. There are plenty of beach toys and equipment provided and my 2 older boys loved the fact that we were just steps from the beach. The pool area is smaller than we would have expected for a complex of this size and was quite crowded at times, but with that gorgeous beach, it really was not a huge issue for us. Sanibel was great and we hope to return again!"

  • Relaxing & Convenient!

"My husband and I were able to take a very last minute vacation from work with our 2 young children. With less than 24 hours notice, we were able to contact the owner despite her being out of the country and book 4 nights at this condo. She was incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating. Everything was handled via email and one phone call and she provided tons of information in her welcome email. We checked in after hours and it was super simple. Once we arrived, we were so pleased with our choice. The condo is very well maintained, professionally cleaned and well supplied. The bed was very comfortable. The separate sink and shower/toilet was great! Having a screened lanai is priceless as we were able to sit out there in the mornings and late evenings without worry of mosquitoes or bugs. Not to mention, the view was fabulous!! While the pool is very convenient to this unit, the beach is just a few yards away and AMAZING. We spent all day, every day on the beach and only used the pool once. All of the provided chairs, coolers, toys, etc. were awesome! We cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo every day and everything we needed was in the cabinets, even ziplocs. The restaurants were all very close. And while we did eat at Doc Ford's one night, we tried the owner's recommendations the other nights and were much happier with those experiences. I would definitely recommend this unit. We hope to return next year for sure!"

  • Quiet Waters

"What a wonderful snowbird vacation we had for six weeks at Quiet Waters. The property is very well maintained and extremely private yet the security features made me feel like I was comfortable and safe. The house is very well equipped with linens and utensils and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard is superb; we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and dock overlooking the canal. Port Charlotte has a lot to offer and we especially enjoyed the golf course, cultural centre and the Port Charlotte Beach which were all within a 5 mile radius of Quiet Waters. The sunsets over Port Charlotte Beach are a must see! We would definitely return to this property and have already recommended it to our friends. Hope to return in 2018."

  • Very Nice Owners - Great Place to Stay

"We stayed at Chuck and Judy's condo for two weeks. First, I have to say, they are one of the nicest and most understanding owners I have ever dealt with. The condo is very nice, roomy, and well equipped. Their were only four of us, but it is roomy enough for a family of six without any problem. We didn't want for anything - they even have a fan we could use. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the condo. The complex is in a safe, quiet area, located at the south end of Ft Myers Beach. The pool was never crowded. The beach is literally across the street - not a far walk - and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets. I enjoyed the nice long walks on the south end of the beach shelling - even saw a manatee and horseshoe crabs. Our family enjoyed doing a dolphin tour via jet skis with Adventure Water Sports ( Our guide was Todd, and he was awesome. We also have a tradition of eating at the Bubble Room, which is located on Captiva Island. It is a very unique restaurant, and the desserts are huge and delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend renting this condo. Thank you, Chuck and Judy, for sharing your condo with us."
