"Our stay at this Siesta Key home was absolutely perfect. Prior to and during our stay Doug's customer service was excellent. He always responded quickly to our emails, info needed was quickly provided, and his home binder answers every question we came up with about appliances and procedures to follow during our stay. The pictures posted match the home exactly. My husband and I had plenty of space. The kitchen was very well equipped for all of our cooking needs and there's a grill which we used often. The bedroom has a comfy king size bed although Doug mentioned that they can separate it into 2 twin size beds if needed. The house is beautifully decorated and the colors are welcoming as soon as you walk in. Above all the house was very clean. Another bonus is the carport. We have stayed in places on Siesta Key without a carport and have decided that it is a necessity during Fl summers. We enjoyed that it wasn't a high rise condo, you can meet and talk to your neighbors, and the facility includes a pool. Everything is clean and well maintained around the grounds. Lastly, the location is ideal for day trips to Tampa, Sarasota, National Parks(Myakka for example), etc. When we come back to Siesta Key , we plan on staying here again (fingers crossed on availability) and yes we would highly recommend this place to others. Aloha."

  • The Perfect Girls' Getaway!

"My mom, aunts, cousins, and I have made it a tradition to stay at this unit every summer. The unit is clean, well decorated, and perfectly equipped for a homey, relaxing stay. The back balcony faces a beautiful pond that's full of turtles, and it's quite fun to feed them in the mornings. There's a ton of space to sleep, shower, and relax, with two full bathrooms and a spacious living room. Even shampoo, soap and conditioner are provided. The kitchen has everything you need, and there's a nice big dining room table with more than enough room for everyone to eat together. Everything seems to have been very recently renovated, too! In terms of the location of the unit, it couldn't get much better. The "Our House at the Beach Complex" features tennis courts and a pool, along with a barbecue you can book out for any home cooking you'd like to do. The beach is just a short walk across the street, about as close as you can get, and the Siesta Key Village is maybe 5 minutes away by car, but very walkable and easy to access with the free city shuttle service. If you want quiet, you have it. If you want a little more noise, you can have it. Other than our stays simply not being long enough, there's not a single complaint I could make! An excellent choice, all around."

  • Everything we were looking for!!

"My wife and I were just awe-struck when we entered the condo and noticed the great furnishing inside and upon opening the curtains there is just this great view with palm trees, the pool area, large deck by the beach and the gulf. Siesta Dunes staff is very friendly and their grounds are just like a postcard, we highly recommend renting this condo as you will not want to leave."

  • Exceptional!

"This condo is very roomy, clean and tastefully decorated. The views are lovely. You can hear the waves when you open the windows which we did almost every night. Bed is comfy. These owners go way beyond to stock the kitchen and provide more than enough linens, pillows, towels and beach towels. The margarita blender was well used. The provided beach chairs and lounge chairs were another bonus. We took advantage of the fishing equipment which was the highlight for my husband :) There is tons of opportunity for shelling which, along with beach walking every day, was the highlight for me :) The heated pool is very nice. Make sure you spend some time at Crescent beach and Siesta beach too. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Everything else you need to drive to but that is a very small price to pay for being right on the beach. Staff on property very friendly and helpful. The drum circle at Siesta Beach on Sundays is a must see and do. We cannot say enough about this condo and property. We only wish we could take this condo with us to other vacation locations!!!"
