  • Good Location! Great Owner!

"My husband and I stayed for a week in September. The house is very clean and good location to the beach. Enjoyed the pool a few nights and had the pool to ourselves. It was off season, the community was very quiet we didn't see anyone all week. Felt secluded away from all the high rise condos, which is how we like to travel. You can walk to the beach through a complex across the street, so easy to take a walk on the beach from condo. If you want to take chairs, etc you can drive and park in the free beach parking. We didn't get to enjoy beach much, since it rained the week most of the week we stayed. It was nice to be able to walk to store if needed something or café for breakfast. A short drive to Siesta Village for dinner or to check out the few shops. It it also easy to go right over the bridge to Sarasota and amenities. The house is well equipped, and the owner is very friendly and helpful if you need anything during your stay."

  • Absolutely perfect!

"This villa was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved Crystal Sands and the ease of use with the property location. The villa was EXTREMELY well stocked. Every time I went into the kitchen for something that I needed it was there. We have an 8 month old daughter so it was important to us to be close to the beach but also be able to get everything there easily. The villa is a very short walk to the beach and there are 2 poolss on the property (one right on the beach). The rental includes beach chairs but we opted for a cabana rental for the week so that we could be in the shade. The villa decor is modern and beautiful. It was very recently renovated and you can tell that no expense was spared (everything is brand new). It was very roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and very well taken care of. It was a huge plus to have a garage to not track sand in every time we came back from the beach and to have a place to put our sandy things like our stroller. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus especially with having a little one. I really can't say enough good things about Villa #10. We will definitely be coming back."

  • Location, exceptional condo and attentive hosts

"The condo is on the beach between the gulf and an inlet. This location is certainly ideal. Water on both sides, as advertised. My family of four experienced quiet evenings and beautiful beach days. The beach is private, so not crowded. The inlet is good for fishing, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. The beach side is good for swimming, fishing, shelling and various watercraft. The condo is well maintained. The Happers have thought of about every need a vacationer could have. They are also in the area and attentive to any other needs. We definitely experienced a five star vacation."

  • Beautiful beach view condo

"My family of two adults and one 8 year old spent a fabulous week in Donna's beautiful condo. We really enjoyed the convenient location to the beach, pool and parking. We specifically picked it because we knew there would be a beach fireworks display for July 4th and the location was perfect for viewing. One of the pluses for this lovely condo is the lanai that has a view of the beach, an exit to walk over to the beach and the table that works as a great place to eat. I don't think we ate indoors once while there...dining on the lanai was great, despite the heat, with the ceiling fan. It also held the beach buggy, beach toys, a great sand sifter, and beach umbrellas. All came in handy. I appreciated the drying stand/coat rack out there too for wet suits and towels. The condo was absolutely immaculate and exactly as seen in the photos. There was plenty of storage space for our clothing and luggage, a well stocked kitchen, and a very convenient laundry room. The only thing we ended up having to add was paper plates and napkins, as I didn't want to take the owner's dishes outdoors, and laundry detergent. Donna even had a laundry basket in the closet that we could use. We used the pool almost every day, and found it to be clean and refreshing. We used the grills near the pool twice. We really enjoyed being able to make the condo our home base for a week at the beach. Siesta Key beach is just beautiful and despite the weird weather pattern the week we were there (extra humid, NO rain!) we had a blast. We spent one day at Venice Beach and used the sand sifter from the lanai to find shark teeth! We were able to easily walk the mile into the center of town in Siesta Key to shop and get ice cream. We even took advantage of the free shuttle service to get a ride back for fun. Siesta Key is a fun and friendly beach town! We can't wait to visit again! Thank you, Donna, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!"
