"I will definitely rent this house again, the neighborhood and neighbor's were great. Looks just like the pics. The house had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly. Thank you for sharing your home with my daughters and I. Thank you, Tracy"

  • Access to private beach about 5 blocks walk is included which is a bit closer than the public beach.

"Only negative i had was slow response to an issue we had with the front door combo lock which we could no longer lock about a week into the stay. Took a day and a half to get it replaced. Otherwise the place was clean, functional and well enough equipped."

  • Peaceful stay in Venice

"We have rented this unit a few years now when visiting relatives and will do so in the future. The area is nice and feels very safe. People in Venice are friendly and there are nice beaches nearby. Also if you are into golf there are places nearby for it. Just across the road there is also a small cafe for some coffee. The units pool is close and we had great fun there with our family. Grocery shops small and bigger are very close also. If there are problems the owners are very helpful and nice! I recommend!"

  • Paradise

"The villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood and has one of the most picturesque back gardens in Florida. The villa is well equipped and well presented. We used the bikes to cylce the legacy trail and also used the golf clubs for a round at Calusa Lakes golf club. The large pool was also well used to cool us down after a day out. The area itself has many restaurants and eating places. We particularly like the Crow's nest down in Venice. Venice itself is a quiet town but you can amble around downtown at night. The gelato shop has really good ice cream! Sarasota and St Armands Circle are only half an hour away. The Ringling Museum in Sarasota and the Edison h House at Fort Myers are worth a visit. We also went to Myaka State Park where we went looking for 'Gators on the "worlds largest airboat" We also hired bikes and did a bit of cycling."
