"We had a last minute trip to the area for a family function and Patrick was great is getting us set up quickly and easily. The home was comfortable and just what we three couples needed. If we ever come back to the area, we know where we'll look to stay."

  • Wonderful Month

"This condo was a lovely home-away-from-home for a fantastic vacation. Everything I could have wanted was provided. The location is near necessary stops such as a grocery store, and an easy drive to downtown Venice and beaches. Jim was very responsive to questions, and kept in touch to be sure that there were no issues with the condo. Renting this beautiful condo and spending a month in Venice was a great experience!"

  • Paradise

"The villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood and has one of the most picturesque back gardens in Florida. The villa is well equipped and well presented. We used the bikes to cylce the legacy trail and also used the golf clubs for a round at Calusa Lakes golf club. The large pool was also well used to cool us down after a day out. The area itself has many restaurants and eating places. We particularly like the Crow's nest down in Venice. Venice itself is a quiet town but you can amble around downtown at night. The gelato shop has really good ice cream! Sarasota and St Armands Circle are only half an hour away. The Ringling Museum in Sarasota and the Edison h House at Fort Myers are worth a visit. We also went to Myaka State Park where we went looking for 'Gators on the "worlds largest airboat" We also hired bikes and did a bit of cycling."
