  • Great House

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and close to the beach. The pool is great and I can only recommend to stay here. I will stay here again if I find a chance again."

  • Vintage Grand

"My husband and I recently stayed in one of the vintage grand units for a week. We originally wanted a place on the beach in Siesta Key however decided a short drive would be alright; we were so pleased that the drive time to the beach was so short (10 minutes with spring break traffic). If we chose not to go to the beach, there were 2 beautiful pools AND a hot tub right in the complex! We were absolutely thrilled to see that the unit was exactly the same as the pictures we had seen! It was very clean and well stocked with things we wouldn't have even thought to bring (hangers, coffee filters, etc). We were staying there during Easter & were welcomed by Cadbury Eggs & a happy Easter card. The complex was quiet which is exactly what we asked for. Any time I had a question about something (even little, silly things) I called or sent a quick email to Bea and had an answer within a very short period of time; the answers were always positive & helpful too which was great!! My husband and I love coming to Florida and will absolutely rebook this property again & again!!"

  • Thanksgiving in Captiva

"This was just perfect for our family. Our two daughters and their husbands flew into Ft. Myers from Dallas along with our little grandson. Each couple had a bedroom with a private bath and our grandson also had his own room. My husband and I live on the east coast of Florida so met everyone at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. We rented the golf cart which made transportation to the beach so easy. The home was immaculate. Also decorated perfectly. The downstairs game room gave us so much to do playing shuffle board and ping pong while our little one slept. Pool was warm and inviting, Walkng to the Bubble room, Mucky Duck, and other restaurants was no more than five minutes. Did a dolphin boat tour out of South Seas Plantation and even before we left the dock there was a dolphin playing in the marina. The beach, which was no more than a five minute walk away was family friendly. The home also offered all the beach chairs, pails and shovels, umbrellas, beach towels you could possibly need. We are all daydreaming about coming back next year if our schedules can be coordinated. Cannot say enough about this lovely home. Oh! Just remembered.....there is an elevator which we thought we would never use but it made getting our suitcases, groceries and ourselves up and down the three plus flights perfect. And to top it all off, ther is a lovely crows nest off the master bedroom on the fourth floor which is a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze."

  • Best Beach Trip!

"The condo was just as pictured. It had everything we needed for the week. No need to bring beach towels there were 7 or 8. The walk to the beach was very short. Holly was very polite and helpful. The property is beautiful. The pool was clean. Don't bring charcoal for the grills, they are gas and worked great. The beach is gorgeous. We are used to taking vacation in Gulf Shores, AL. This beach is quite different with so much sea life and seashells. We walked the beach every evening between 5 and 7 and collected a big variety of beautiful shells. Restaurants are a very short distance. We enjoyed the Island Cow, Sanibel Fish House and Light House Café. We kayaked through the mangroves at Ding Darling National Park. We saw manatees, very cool! It rained one morning so we went to the shell museum and a couple of antique shops. By the afternoon, the sun was out again. The only minor things we noted was that the beach umbrella an one of the beach chairs needs replacing. This was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay in this condo again."
