  • The Perfect Getaway

"We selected Seaside Rendezvous for our girls' reunion. I was the perfect house and location for us. There were seven of us, but we could have had even more. There was a ton of room and every modern convenience you could wish for. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The house is mere steps from the most beautiful sandy beach with tons of shells to satisfy any shell collector. The house had two kitchens and three places to eat. We spent most of the time on the huge screened in porch off the dining room that was surrounded by mature landscaping. The pool and hot tub were both enormous and screened in. There was even an elevator! Near to everything but with plenty of privacy. A truly idyllic place to stay!"

  • Our 2016 Winter Vacation......

"This condo is situated on Lido Key, one of the barrier islands off the coastline of Sarasota. It is conveniently located to St. Armand's Circle, Great Restaurants, Downtown Sarasota, Mote Marine Lab., Selby Gardens, Ringling Museum, Van Wezel Performing Arts Theatre, Sarasota/Brandenton Airport, etc. The photos/descriptions shown are indeed accurate....a very tastefully decorated condo with fully equipped kitchen, towels, blankets and bed linens. It is clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The lanai overlooks a heated pool with surrounding furnished patio area. The views of the white beach and turquoise ocean, from the lanai, are particularly nice. We liked the size of this building....not too large with just 7 floors. Guests have the use of an assigned parking space. Owner was easy to work with - prompt responses at all times. We look forward to another winter here in 2017."

  • Beautiful area, beautiful condo!

"What a treat it was to spend the month of April, 2016 here! Burnt Store Marina is a gated community with a mix of villas, garden condos, single family homes and a resort style high rise condo grouping Grande Isle. This condo in Grande Isle is spacious, well appointed with comfortable furnishings and lovely kitchen and baths. The lanai is large with beautiful sunset views of Charlotte Harbor. There is also an outside patio area. The pool area is truly resort like and just a few steps away from the condo. All of the amenities: spa, fitness, center, community center as well as the pool were plush and beautifully maintained. The marina walking trail runs around the perimeter and fishing boats, power boats and sail boats offer constantly changing views. It was only a 20 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Wharf. Day trips to Boca Grande, Matlacha, Bookelia and Cape Coral were traffic free and interesting. The on site restaurant Cass Cay with both outdoor and inside seating and wonderful views is another plus."

  • Perfect place in a great Location

"We arrived to the house after a 7 hour drive to find everything is set up and laid out very nicely. All we wanted to do after that drive was just relaxed and that's exactly what we did. The location of this house was great. Quiet neighborhood but very accessible to everything. The enclosed backyard pool and hot tub area was fantastic. We are used to staying at condos where pool is shared. Having your own pool is amazing. Every room was immaculately clean. We had everything we would ever need or want. Perfect Vacation"
