  • Excelent Condo

"We had a great time. Condo was recently renovated and had many amenities like granite countertops, upgraded tile, upgraded appliances, and flat screen tvs. We spoke to the owner personally and had nothing but great experiences with her. Facility was well kept and maintained. Beach was close, grills work great. Condo was close to shopping and restaurants."

  • Wonderful Experience

"We (husband & wife) stayed at Avalon for March 2016. The condo is clean, comfortable, quiet, well maintained, very well equipped and in a great location. The owner is very accommodating and could not be easier to deal with. The condo nominally sleeps 4 but we were able to easily accommodate our visiting daughter and 2 granddaughters for a total of 5. The kitchen has everything needed for a gourmet cook, but who wants to cook when there are so many great restaurants nearby. Avalon has one of the most desirable locations in Pelican Bay, close to the tram station for access to the beach and close to the shopping area at Vanderbilt Blvd; an easy walk to either. The kids loved both the Pelican Bay beaches and the Avalon pool. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back again."

  • Awesome Location w/ Great Views

"The condo was in a great location w/ awesome views. The location is convenient to trek to Lovers Key State Park, which we were able to enjoy numerous times as it is simply steps away from property. The location is ideal to continue on to Fort Myers Beach, or Sanibel Island or to go back to Fort Myers or Naples. The grounds are nicely maintained, pool looked great (we couldn't utilize as it was during a "cold spell" in FLA) and most everyone we ran into were genuinely friendly. The owner was terrific with communicating and ensuring we had all the information we would need to ensure we had access to property, parking etc. Additionally, he went above and beyond making recommendations for where to eat and things to do; all were spot on. Unit is great for making breakfast in morning and kitchen is stocked w/ everything you'd need to get by. Again, the main selling points are the views and balcony at the unit! I'd rate 5 star, but some minor things were missing and that is probably only because it is a rental unit mostly; towel rack in shower on back of door is hanging off door and unusable and where as someone else indicated bed to be comfortable, we found not to be exactly the case. Lastly, and this is somewhat nit picky, the building is older than those surrounding, and it could use some updating; but again that is someone nit picky and not indicative of the overall experience. Again, I must say that the service provided by the owner goes ABOVE and BEYOND what you get from many other VRBO owners. BUT AGAIN we definitely would return regardless of the minor flaws, so that is truly the best review and endorsement."

  • Excellent place to enjoy Florida's weather

"We have traveled to Naples for 20 years as a family and for 5 of the last 6 years enjoyed staying at Lazy Daze! They have plenty of bikes and Kayaks. The pool is always warm and inviting. Their home is well stocked with everything you'd need and Tammie has been accommodating and is always quick to answer any questions or issues that might arise. Their home is exactly as represented, no surprises. The Conner's Park/Vanderbilt area of North Naples is our favorite. Lot's of people getting away from the snow and just want a laid back vacation where they can get outside and bike or walk. This part of North Naples seems to be very casual. There are always plenty of restaurants around for every budget, but then we cook most of our meals right in their kitchen. We have already made arrangements to go back next February."
