  • Perfection!!

"We were so excited to be bringing our son, daughter-in-law and the grandchildren to Sanibel. We were also a bit nervous as we had always stayed at the same condo complex, but needed a 3 bedroom this time. It was a great surprise as we drove up to see that Sand Dollar was also a smaller complex, but with the same great amenities. The condo was perfect for the seven of us and well equipped. The view of the gulf and the rising sun each morning, the convenience of the storage unit and the stroll to the beach was wonderful. When taking an 11, 9 and almost 2 year old to the beach with all of the extra things children need we thought it would be a two or three trip in and out each time, however because there was a cart we managed in one trip. The master suite was a nice place for some solitude. The kitchen was fully equipped; the convenience of the Keurig and a coffee maker helped make my life better & we didn't' need as many trips to The Sanibel Bean. The laundry room was just the right size and we liked that we could stand in it and fold clothes without blocking a hall. Our 9 year old granddaughter loved doing the puzzles on the one raining afternoon while we were there. All of the extra touches made this condo feel like a true home for the week. Lisa, the owner, had contact numbers if we needed anything while there as well as recommendations for activities and restaurants. Her customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a Sanibel dream trip. The Middle Gulf drive location did truly put us in the middle of where we wanted to be. We plan on renting C102 again in the future and I am hoping that we are able to stay for two weeks next time."

  • Enjoyable Stay!

"The condo was nice; it's a short, 2-block walk from the beach. The beach was terrific, there are lots of good dining options in the region, and there's plenty to do in the Naples area. Overall, we had a good stay, and I would definitely recommend this condo as a consideration."

  • Wonderful!

"Came here in March of 2016 with my two young children and husband. The condo was wonderful- it was super clean and had everything we needed- it was great that we did not need to bring towels, beach toys, etc... The location cannot be beat. The H building is close to the gulf so it was an easy walk down to the beach every morning. We loved looking for shells and playing in the sand and surf. My kids enjoyed the pool and swam there every day too. The beach was great- not crowded at all and we saw dolphins swimming off the shore almost everyday at sunrise or sunset. We also spotted a ton of lizards, birds (there was an osprey nest right near the condo building) and even a tortoise. So amazing! On the mainland there is a Publix nearby and a several restaurants within driving distance. We had a great dinner at the Stump Pass Grill which is a tiki bar at the Stump Pass Marina. It was wonderful to eat casual food outside and enjoy the weather. We would come here again in a heartbeat (and will definitely plan a return trip!). Orlando was great- he called to make sure we had everything and even helped us arrange for a ferry ride over to the mainland on the day we left when we needed to return before the condo ferry started running. Great place- we highly recommend it!!!!"

  • Wonderful Vacation House!

"This is truly one of the most well-appointed homes we've ever rented. Everything from beach towels to extra pillows and blankets to a pack & play and beach toys for our little one, and everything in between. We truly only needed to pack our swimsuits, clothes and snorkel gear. The kitchen is fully outfitted to allow for cooking real meals throughout the week and, when a few of us forgot the cardinal rule of beach-going in Florida (sunscreen!), there was even aloe to treat our burns. Bill & Colleen have thought of everything! The home is steps away from the free island shuttle and the beach across the street is an easy walk to get to. We had the most wonderful stay at the Soliel Beach House and would come back again and again and again!"
