Vacation rentals near Tampa Convention Center

I was looking for a place for my adult children to stay at and the hotel options in South Tampa aren't great. So I checked VRBO and found this place. Peter the owner communicates faster than anyone I've booked a place with and the description and prior reviews of the unit were accurate. My family loved staying here, great location, and well stocked with necessary supplies. I highly recommend this place and look forward to recommending it to out-of-town guests in the future.

The house was very clean and managed. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms had everything you’d need as well as a washer and dryer out back. The check in/out process was simple and flexible and the property manager was very responsive to any questions about anything. The location is great being about 20 minutes from anywhere in Tampa and 40 minutes from the gulf coast of St. Petersburg.

The best part was the outdoor space! The pool is surrounded by tropical trees and has a cabana to enjoy. The bathroom is tiny, but the outdoor space makes up for it. She had even stocked the fridge with milk, ketchup, mustard, fruit boxes, filtered water and more! We even found some snacks in the cabinets! This was a perfect studio for our quick trip!

This place was extraordinary! Every where we looked there were little details that made this place special and exciting. The photos really don't do it justice. We absolutely loved every minute of our time there and hope to return if we're in Tampa again. The neighborhood is up and coming so to say but we felt safe enough to walk to the main center of Ybor City which was an absolute blast. We had a fun night on the town before walking home.

Great location right on the riverwalk and within walking distance to many areas. A bit loud at night but that's the cost of the being so close. A little white noise app and I had no issue sleeping. Owner's are responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Would recommend
