  • Great Home!

"We rented the home for a couples retreat and it had everything needed. The home is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The home would be wonderful for families with children too. Lots of individual space. Once you make your way down a very steep paved walkway, the lake view is beautiful. I would NOT recommend the walk down to the dock for people with physical disabilities. The outdoor entertaining area at the main house is GREAT. We used the gas grill for several meals. We even watched deer play just a few yards away. I would recommend Lake Lanier for a quiet getaway and recommend this house for entertaining large groups."

  • Simple and Easy

"Judy is very responsive in communications and a pleasure to deal with. House was very true to its pictures: clean and tidy. The backyard is pretty big- lots of room for children to run around. Town of Roswell itself is a great place to visit: we have small children and their were endless activities to do there."

  • Great Retreat

"We loved our time at the lakehouse! Well maintained with many supplies provided, it was a terrific retreat during a busy family reunion week. Swimming was the highlight of our stay - the dock is a wonderful spot to hang out. Very close to shops and supplies, it was perfect. Thank you!!"

  • Just what we needed

"This small, but more then adequate, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with living spaces was just what we needed while my family of 4 + mother-in-law were in the Altanta area for 2 weeks. There were toys for my toddler and a pack-n-play available in the closet. It was nice to have the 2 separate living spaces to relax in. This kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware. Within walking distance to the grocery store and starbucks, and everything else we needed was a short drive away. Would stay here again. All 3 beds were very comfortable. Furniture and decor is a bit outdated, but all good quality."
