  • close to convention and downtown, secure building

"This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in downtown Atlanta. It was a perfect fit for our group--family with 2 children and grandparents. We were able to walk to convention center while our family was able to walk to nearby attractions (coca cola, aquarium, children's museum). The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with forms for work reimbursement as well as helping us with parking--always a challenge in downtown Atlanta. There is laundry in the basement. The building has 24 hour security. At times they got a little busy (like during checkin) but overall they were very helpful and nice. I would certainly recommend this property!"

  • A perfect location and restful and fun week

"Five of us where in Atlanta for a conference and wanted the comfort of a home for the week instead of a hotel. We were not disappointed! This cottage is truly lovely with exceptionally comfortable beds, lovely furnishings throughout, and attention to detail and cleanliness. Our favorite place to hang out was the sun porch. The bonus of this home is the gorgeous neighborhood and close proximity to Piedmont Park. I went out for a run every day and loved the beauty of the homes in the neighborhood and the trails in the park. This house is also close to great restaurants and grocery options. It was such a fun neighborhood to explore and allowed us easy access to our conference. We also appreciated the short drive to enjoy the MLK National Historical Site and the Carter Presidential Library. Atlanta does not lack for things to do. This home is a gem!"

  • Just what we needed

"This small, but more then adequate, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with living spaces was just what we needed while my family of 4 + mother-in-law were in the Altanta area for 2 weeks. There were toys for my toddler and a pack-n-play available in the closet. It was nice to have the 2 separate living spaces to relax in. This kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware. Within walking distance to the grocery store and starbucks, and everything else we needed was a short drive away. Would stay here again. All 3 beds were very comfortable. Furniture and decor is a bit outdated, but all good quality."

  • Great location...Well decorated for Easy Comfort

"Virginia Highlands is a hip revitalized neighborhood with lots of interesting clubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. Piedmont Park and the Carter Presidential Library are great attractions and very close by. Quality supermarkets nearby have all the essentials. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the shaded back porch before heading out for the days touring. As noted, there are several comfortable rooms for sitting and relaxing with good air conditioning during summer heat. Most importantly, the property had personality and the feel of a loving and thoughtful hand in design and execution. We've had many visits to VRBO houses and apartments and this was a real standout. Communication with owner couldn't have been warmer or more inviting. Thanks again for all."
