  • Great location...Well decorated for Easy Comfort

"Virginia Highlands is a hip revitalized neighborhood with lots of interesting clubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. Piedmont Park and the Carter Presidential Library are great attractions and very close by. Quality supermarkets nearby have all the essentials. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the shaded back porch before heading out for the days touring. As noted, there are several comfortable rooms for sitting and relaxing with good air conditioning during summer heat. Most importantly, the property had personality and the feel of a loving and thoughtful hand in design and execution. We've had many visits to VRBO houses and apartments and this was a real standout. Communication with owner couldn't have been warmer or more inviting. Thanks again for all."

  • Again, this condo does the job!!!!

"My co-workers and I have stayed in this very condo 3 different times for a business trip to America's Mart. It is just the best. The beds are maybe the most comfortable I have ever slept in - so much so that my co-workers and I tried to duplicate the bedding when we got home! The location is great! The front desk staff for Peachtree Towers are fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, and courteous! So many new, fluffy towels - that was a big plus. In the past there has been a drainage issue in the showers, but that seems to be all taken care of. If you are looking for the most up-to-date condo - then this one may not be for you. The bathrooms don't have zillions of outlets or lots of counter space - but that is not a deal breaker as far as we are concerned. Also - if you don't like doing dishes, look elsewhere - there isn't a dishwasher but how hard is it to wash a few wine glasses???? Other than that - the kitchen is fully stocked and you could easily make a big dinner there if you wanted. Having recliners in the living room is a huge bonus - our legs were tired at the end of long days! The patio furniture is nice and the patio is always clean! We are already planning on staying here again next year... So need I say more???"

  • Just what we needed

"This small, but more then adequate, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, with living spaces was just what we needed while my family of 4 + mother-in-law were in the Altanta area for 2 weeks. There were toys for my toddler and a pack-n-play available in the closet. It was nice to have the 2 separate living spaces to relax in. This kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware. Within walking distance to the grocery store and starbucks, and everything else we needed was a short drive away. Would stay here again. All 3 beds were very comfortable. Furniture and decor is a bit outdated, but all good quality."

  • Townhouse in Atlantic Station

"We had a wonderful two days in Atlantic Station. The area is very clean and full of shops, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. Our townhouse was within easy walking distance, and was clean and well equipped. I would question the statement that it sleeps ten. There was a bedroom in the basement or first floor, which had a very comfortable bed and bath. There were two large sofas on the main floor and a large coffee table with a large screen TV. The kitchen had a small table and four chairs and was well equipped. There were two baths and two bedrooms on the third floor. Three queen beds and a couch were adequate for our family of five, but I wouldn't want to have any more. You can't put sisters and brothers together in the same bed or grandmother and children. It seemed expensive to us for what it was, but, in all fairness, we don't know the Atlanta market. I guess one can charge whatever the traffic will bear. We had a good time and appreciated having a place to stay. I would recommend it to prospective renters."
