  • Quiet location and Character to Spare

"We found this property on Cuscowilla a nice fit for our trip. The views across the 13th green are wonderful and framed by hanging vines. As promised the upstairs bedroom worked great for a pack-n-play and offered some seclusion for the littlest one of our group. However, we did find a good number of cobwebs and that the jetted tub was not functioning. I think this was due to a circuit being blown as the vanity outlets also did not function in the master bath. All easy things to fix and wouldn't keep us from renting again. The description is correct in that 3 couples could use the house. But practically only one of those couples is going to be able to have children as the bunk room is attached directly off the 2nd floor bedroom. However, a pack in play could also be setup in the office if the baby was a heavy sleeper. We enjoyed our stay, the area golfing (Cuscowilla is probably the nicest course in the area and probably the most expensive as well), the water and the shopping in nearby Greensboro. The pool is great for families but will cost you an extra $5 per person for each visit. It's our understanding that the club does not always collect this fee, but for our visit we had to pay each day. I think this home could also make a great winter location with the fireplaces and hot tub. So don't rule it out for a cold weather getaway."

  • Best vacation yet

"Thank you to Joni for letting us use her home for our annual family vacation with our 3 grown sons, our daughter-in-law and our 5 year old grandson. We also brought our dogs and very much appreciated the large fenced in yard. The house was great and so was the lake. We love Eatonton because everything we need is close by. Joni is very responsive and a dream to work with. You could not do any better than Joni's for a wonderful time."

  • Beautiful and peaceful!!!

"My family and I stayed at this beautiful home over the 4th of July, and can say nothing but how amazing it was! The house was such a perfect fit for all of us - the location, decor, accommodations! Being so close to the practice tees was a bonus, too! Christy was so thoughtful and responded quickly to any question we had, and I can't thank her enough! We will definitely be staying here again on our annual visits to Reynolds!"

  • Great location, close to the water. Clean house. Everything was perfect!

"This was the third time we stayed in this house. Due to it's location (close to the water and 1 minute walking distance from tennis court and pool) it's the perfect house to stay with a family of 5-7. The house is neat, clean and the screened porche gives you the possibility to enjoy the lake until late at night! We had a great week (again)."
