  • BEST HOSPITALITY EVER!! Perfect Boys Hunting Trip!

"We booked this property for a three night stay with myself my father my buddy his 6yr old and his brother as well as my 6yr-old son and it could not have been better. The home itself is extremely clean big and open. There was way more room than we needed but we definitely enjoyed the space including having two living rooms each with TV, free Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen. They even delivered coffee to us The first night in case we needed some. Matt and his family made the hunting trip even better by offering to clean our deer for us. They recommended places to eat one of which was called the rutabaga café which is comparable to some of the nicest most eclectic restaurants in Tampa. The restaurant was literally five minutes from the property as is lake Seminole which is absolutely beautiful. Lake Seminole is less than half a mile away it seems. Matt went above and beyond and even iced our meat for us. They then offered to cook breakfast or dinner and we took them up on breakfast for our last morning and boy were we not disappointed. Breakfast was an amazing southern country style breakfast with everything you could imagine including Coco gravy… Yes chocolate gravy for the homemade biscuits… I'm from the south and I still have never had that before. The property is literally five minutes from downtown Chattahoochee if you can call it downtown with two traffic lights LOL I can't say enough about the rutabaga café, it is an absolute hidden gem in the middle of what can loosely be called a town. I forgot to mention that after our first night of hunting on Friday night we hung out with Matt and some of his family while he cleaned a couple deer and when we got back to the cabin his wife had a fire already going for us with chairs around the fire pit. These extra touches of hospitality and are have earned us as lifetime customers! We will not even look anywhere else to book even if it was on the lake itself after experiencing this type of hospitality. We joked around the campfire that we were getting better service than we get at the Ritz back home. I strongly recommend this place to any hunters especially or fisherman or even families as there is a fenced in yard and fire pit for the kids. Great location, great spacious place, great hospitality which all lead to one of the best hunting trips ever. Thank you again to Matt and your family."
