  • Thanksgiving/Wedding Celebration

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Waldburg Too. The property is very spacious and was very clean. We were attending a wedding at Forsyth Park so the location was perfect. Uber made everything convenient and inexpensive to go out at night. As we were preparing Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen a couple of things could have been available. There was a shortage of glassware and knives in the cutlery drawer. One bathroom was a disadvantage when we were getting ready for the wedding. However we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this property and would stay at another Lucky property. The bedrooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable.Thank you for a very nice stay."

  • Good

"This is a very cute restored and renovated house in downtown Savannah. We rented to have a place to stay for 10 people for my dad's 60th birthday party and participated in the Rock N Roll Half Marathon. The house is walking distance from the finish line! The bedrooms are nicely furnished. However the "pullout couches" are futons in the same room with no linens on them. We had an issue that the back bathroom had a leak. The tiles had water on them and I was told that this should have been repaired before our visit, but it was not. Savanah rentals were easy to work with, but there were some details on the VRBO website that were not current. The wifi network and password were different than what was online, and there was only one key in the lock box and the lock code that we received was incorrect. The house is set up more as an events venue rather than a house/hotel to stay in. Only two showers, but they had 5 toilets. The kitchen did not have sufficent cooking wear to make a big meal. One pot. No 9x13 pans, spatulas for scraping, no wine opener, sharp knifes, napkins or coffee filters. Would have been nice to have these items supplied for us. It is a noisy area with fire trucks and police cars driving by. There was live music at the restaurant next to us past 10:00pm. Another setback was that one of our cars that was parked on the street on the side of the house was broken into. The window was cut with a glass cutter and multiple objects were stolen. The police were notified. Please take personal note to keep all valuables with you. Marcie from Savanah rentals was very helpful in overcoming these difficulties. We had a great birthday celebration, but would like others to be aware of these details that we were not aware of. Thank you!"

  • Perfect for 2

"The carriage house is quaint, perfect for 2 people, loved being able to walk everywhere. It is pretty noisy every morning due to the garbage trucks and delivery trucks in the ally. The private off street parking is a real plus. Also having wifi and laundry is also a bonus. My only real complaint, they need to put curtains in the bedroom (light from ally keeps it almost like daylight all night long)."

  • Perfect Cottage for our Family

"What a cozy cottage this was for our family! We all feel lucky to have found it on VRBO, as it suited us perfectly. Its situated in a great neighborhood on the eastern side of the Historic District a stone's throw from one of Savannah's famous garden squares. Forsyth Park is a quick 5-10 minute walk, as are some great cafes for breakfast. The cottage is surrounded by some of the prettiest streets in town with amazing architecture everywhere. The interior of the house was well outfitted, and the grill and bicycles on offer were an extra treat! All in all, a great comfortable stay in a delightful part of Savannah. We would definitely recommend this cottage to all others wanting an opportunity to live like a local in a a great historic neighborhood."
