  • Great Older House with Lots of Character

"We loved Fuller Breeze and Lesser Breeze for our extended family of 14. House has lots of old fashion character with modern AC and kitchens. The great room was wonderful for our 14 plus 3 who stayed elsewhere but ate with us. The kitchen was good and the dining area was GREAT. We really liked the porches but didn't use them much because of the heat. Bedrooms were small but worked fine. Three short blocks (easy walk) to good wide beach. If you need to ride, parking at beach is adequate early and late in the day. We enjoyed using the gas grill."

  • Beautiful home - Fantastic Location - Wonderful Thanksgiving

"This was our second annual small family Thanksgiving reunion in St. Simons, but our first time in this beautiful home. My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom condo by ourselves the week prior, and drove by Sea Gift everyday in anticipation of moving in the following week with family. We were beyond excited and the house did not disappoint. The pictures just don't adequately portray this warm and welcoming cottage just steps away from the ocean. The furnishings are just what you would want to have in your own home, and then some. The icing on the cake was that the house, community and beaches are pet friendly. Our hearts are yearning to return."

  • Very comfy home with great views

"We arrived right after Hurricane Matthew's visit, which thankfully did no damage to this nicely appointed home. We had everything we needed. We did get some extra beach, dumped in the yard area, which we enjoyed during high tide as we sat under the shade of the palm trees. We only used our car three times: to get groceries, to visit Jekyll Island, and to see Christ Church. Great location. We walked into the village nightly, and to the end of the beach at each low tide. High tide is tricky, as you have to find places to access the beach further up the road. Mosquitos were bad off the beach area of the island, possibly related to the hurricane. Wear shoes in the grass, as I found out the hard way there are prickly things in the grass."
