  • Great location, comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable!

"Nice location at the end of a quiet street....and close to everything...including only a short walk to restaurants, village, and beach. I have been coming to St Simons for several years for the RSM Golf Classic...this place was a perfect location and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay during the week. Rooms are spacious and comfortable...also enjoyed the porch swing. Was perfect place to stay during my visit!"

  • Another great stay

"My wife and I discovered this condo about five years ago after being less than impressed with an older house that we rented in the East Beach area of St. Simons. Since then, we have been back to 201 Beach Club at least once every year, including September 2016. We have an almost five year old daughter and the condo very much feels like a home away from home for us. The place was, as always, very clean when we arrived. The kitchen, while relatively small, has everything that we need. The master bedroom and bathroom are large and the other bedroom with two twin beds would be great for two younger guests and our daughter has more than enough room. There were a number of beach chairs and boogie boards provided that could be enjoyed at the beach (we have rented places elsewhere that don’t provide those items to guests--it makes a difference). The condo is as-advertised in the pictures. It is one of the units that farthest away from the beach. However, there are no neighbors on one side and we've never heard any noise from the other side. There is a stairwell right outside the door--very convenient. If you go downstairs and walk about two minutes, you'll be at the pool. Walk a few more steps and you're on the beach. The condo's patio is small, but nice. While there is not a beachfront view, we have enjoyed numerous outdoor meals on the patio--and if you look in the distance, you can see the ocean. Cindy, the owner, has always been great to work with. The one time we had a problem--a broken fixture in the master shower--it was fixed within the day. Last year, we had a death in the family that disrupted our plans and we were allowed to reschedule our stay. Cindy has always gone out of her way to make us feel at home. She also doesn't tack on the additional fees that some other rental companies charge. We vacationed with some friends a couple of years ago and they rented a similar unit at Beach Club and paid more. As a community, the Beach Club is a great place. The facilities include a pool and two hot tubs and are very well-kept. We were impressed this year to see that the Beach Club upgraded pool area as well as the gate and walkway to the beach. The Beach Club is close to several restaurants and the St. Simons Village. We seldom got in the car because we were able to bike nearly anywhere we wanted to go. We continue to feel that 201 Beach Club is a great value in a terrific community. We will be back!"

  • Charming Home

"The home has a lot of St. Simons charm. It was comfortably furnished with a very up to date decor. The location was perfect for walking or biking the island. There were multiple beach access points and the coast gaurd station is an easy walk. We enjoyed our weekend and we're more than pleased with the home. We will certainly rebook this home."
