  • Harper House

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a delight! Our stay on Warren Square couldn't have been better!! The location is close to all the action on River Street and not far from City Market. The baths and kitchen are updated and the house was clean. With the bedrooms on opposite ends it allowed for privacy. Even though there was no dedicated parking there were several free spots right outside that were usually available. You are within walking distance of a great variety of wonderful restaurants and historic homes that you can tour. Stay clear of The Mercer House and The Sorrel Weed House, both are tourist traps. Would highly recommend this house and location!!"

  • Stunning, Welcoming, Specatular Home!

"Upon entering the inviting foyer, we were welcomed with plenty of sunlight through intricately designed window frames, lending lots of light to the already, inviting, beautifully furnished living room, dining quarters and large, open floor kitchen with shining appliances and all the equipment we needed for big family meals. "WOW! That was our first impression. Those feelings increased as we searched the various floors and warmly furnished bedrooms; the elevator was a real bonus for those who did not wish to tackle stairs--the hardwood, beautifully maintained staircases added excitement and glee to the younger ones who love to explore--and there are plenty of surprises! Wonderful ones! One floor after another led us to great findings; a rooftop garden-overlook of our surroundings and beyond, a place plenty romantic for adults and loads of fun for children, with supervision (of course.) Evenings spent on the roof top following grand dinners in the dining room and around the island in the kitchen were a true plus! This house in magnificent and the beds feel just as comfortable and well supported as can be! Crisp sheets, immaculate furniture, floors and surroundings, throughout. Even the details of the bathrooms and showers, my oh my, such comfort, luxury...Proximity to Forsythe Park, just across the street is an added delight, as the clean and neat paths are for joggers, as well as a kiddie section complete with happy children occupying the slides and steps designed for play! Oh! Live music and concerts are often in the park and the friendliest passers-by we could hope to meet! The lovely greenery, budding trees and landscape of the park make for wonderful morning or evening walks before retreating to our Grand Gathering Home, (as we called it) for good times and relaxation Of all the rental homes we've stayed in, this is the only one I would not add a single, solitary feature to, for improvement. It's just delightful! The only thing I would love more than to stay here for vacation, is to occupy this wonderful home all year long. If only we could..."

  • Very nice, larger than it looks, very clean

"we stayed the week of 6/4 -6/11 the unit is larger than its looks, everything was in tip top condition, the A/C worked great even on the 3rd fl with 96 deg heat. The pool was very private and nice sized and the garage was a nice bonus for putting the beach and pool extras in. Its close to every thing that you would need. I would highly recommend staying here."

  • Great stay

"We found Pied- a- Terre ideally located to allow us to walk everywhere in the historic district. The apartment was lovely, contemporary, and exceedingly well equipped for our every need. It is just down from one of the historic squares where you can sit and chat with the locals. Everyone is friendly! We had a great visit."
