  • Tiny living at it's best!

"If you have ever been curious about what it would be like to live in a tiny home, this would be your chance to try it out. This is a quaint cabin that is so smart in design. My husband and I decided to stay for our 1yr anniversary. There was plenty of room for my husband and I without feeling like we were stumbling over each other. I read a review that said it was in a trailer park but they were mistaken. It is an RV park...but a NICE one! The RVs have all been made into permanent houses for the residents surrounding the cabin. They are really close to each other, but you can only tell that while you are looking around outside. Once you are inside the cabin it is incredibly quite and you feel as though you are secluded. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with anything you might need...except for mixing bowls. The owner was easy to work with and get in touch with. It was great having the Roku to stream TV just like we do at home...we binged on Parks and Rec...it was wonderful! (Although I will say that so many people stream on this device while they are here that there was some adult material that popped up in the selection list. If we would have had children with us I would have been upset. Perhaps cleaning this up every now and then would be a benefit.) The only thing that was frustrating to us is no fault of the owner whatsoever. We were required to purchase an amenities pass as was described in the listing...it was $5.00 per day per person...which ended up being a $30.00 charge for us. They have a pool and other things. The only thing we were interested in was the putt putt golf course and it wasn't even open. SO...we paid $30.00 for nothing at all. I wish it were optional. (Again this is out of the owners control.) All in all it was a lovely place to stay. Also, Helen is a great town to explore...I just love the Alpine Village!"

  • Excellent little getaway!

"My husband and I loved staying at this cozy cabin. The location was great... tucked away in the woods but still just 10 minutes from downtown Helen. It was very clean and organized, making it easy to find anything we needed. The reservation/checking in/checking out process was simple and convenient. Only minor complaint is the hot tub didn't get as hot as we'd hoped. Over all a great place to stay! We hope to be back :)"

  • Amazing home, town and owner

"11 of us stayed in this home and we are already thinking about when we can come back. The location is secure and private. The views are spectacular. The home itself is very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The owner has taken the time to make sure that the home is stocked with a number of essentials, which made it really nice and inviting. We extended our stay by an extra datly and it was easy! We highly recommend this home and the area."
