  • Awesome!

"My family had a wonderful time in this beautiful cabin by the river. It was definitely off the beaten path, but not too far from Blue Ridge or Blairsville. There is plenty of hiking nearby in the wildlife management areas and the cabin is five miles from Georgia's longest suspension bridge. As for the cabin, the kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to cook. The beds were comfortable and the couch comfy. The wrap around porch was great for sitting and listening to the sounds of the river, and for playing a game of hide and seek with my preschool aged son. The star of the show was the proximity to the river. You are literally a few steps from fishing! The owners were very easy to deal with and responded to me within just a few hours. I would definitely stay here again!"

  • Great cabin!

"Cabin was everything presented in description and more. Spent a week at Kay's and used cabin for base camp for 5 days on the AT. Perfect location for hiking that section of trail. Fireplace and outdoor fire pit were most enjoyable. Stone rainshower was great. All amenities were A+. Already planning next trip to area and stay at Kay's. Fantastic!"

  • Family Vacation

"We just had a week long visit here and we were not disappointed. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. The kids (14 & 2) loved the river, playing and tubing. The adults loved rocking on the porch and also sitting out on the deck overlooking the river. At night we would catch fireflies and the kids would roll down the hills in the front yard. The entire family had a great time. A must do is go into Blairsville and eat at The Sawmill Place, great breakfast. Also if you need any groceries I would suggest going into Blairsville it was about 25 minutes away. Would recommend this property to anyone."

  • Love this cabin!

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the cabin. It is beautiful, and we really like it! I love the 3 floors, and that there is a space for everyone whether you are a kid that wants to play on the porch or downstairs, or an adult that wants to be inside, outside, or all alone! It is so peaceful. Close to a short hike to beautiful waterfalls. We hiked a little bit of the Appalachian Trail which is just right up the hill from the cabin. Really hope we will be able to stay again!"
