  • A wonderful place to refresh the soul

"Visiting from Miami, we checked-in August 4th to August 6th the property was description was accurate the location was just what we wanted (fantastic) only needed to bring toothbrush & toothpaste everything was provided. The cabin was very clean, my wife suffers from allergies and was very satisfied with the cabin (especially the bathrooms), fishing poles, seating in the front porch swing relaxing looking into the serene wooded areas was just heavenly. Directions to the cabin and access to the cabin, where to go and things to do in the surrounding area were made easier by the owner. A small seesaw in the yard, large gas grill, basement one bed room with bunk-bed, video games, DVD movies and ping-pong table, flat screen cable TV was more than enough to keep our kids entertained. After a long day of hiking (hiking poles provided), relaxing by the huge fireplace reading all the Appalachian Trail Conservatory, Handyman and Southern Living magazines hit the spot. Visiting Blairsville and Dahlonega restaurants was quite enjoyable, towns folk were all very inviting. Be prepared for the 15 mph winding roads my wife got motion sickness, Yes, we plan to return and recommend you go."

  • Charming & Cozy Cabin!

"We had a great time at this lovely little mountain retreat! Cindy was so kind and easy to work with when we booked the cabin and made some great recommendations for events and activities to check out as well as restaurants in the area to try. When we arrived, Tim was so warm and welcoming as he took us up to the cabin, explained all the features and where to find the things we needed, and answer any questions we had. The cabin itself has beautiful high ceilings that made it feel spacious and open. On the front porch there were rockers to enjoy while sipping your morning coffee and listening to all the birds wake up. It was so peaceful! Because it's a little off the beaten path (but still easily accessible and found!) you don't here traffic noises or late night party goers. The downstairs hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking, ziplining, and exploring the area. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked great, and overall it was the perfect size for just the two of us. The hike up the hill in front of the property caught us off guard at first, but it's not too bad. The only difficulty we had was taking some of our stuff up thanks to odd shapes and sizes but walking up and down itself is doable. There's a lovely little creek out front as well which adds to the calm and peaceful atmosphere. I'd highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for some R&R and we will definitely return again!"

  • Our New Favorite Hiawassee Getaway!!!

"What a find! The home is super clean and well appointed- they really have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The screened porch was expansive and included rocking chairs , a swing and an outside dining area. Plenty of room for everyone- the kids had the basement to themselves- enjoyed the ping pong table and gaming area. If you are getting away and want to enjoy peace and quite and take in the lake and mountain views, Palm Peach is perfect. If you want to remain "plugged in", this is still your perfect location. Flat screen TV's in every room, DVD players, Wii and Wi-Fi. We will definitely return to this beautiful mountain home. Already checking our calendar!"

  • Even Better than the Pictures

"This was the nicest cabin rental I've ever booked. My family just visited from Chicago and we spent 1 week in this amazing cabin. Not only is the cabin fantastic, but there is so much to do nearby. There's a public white sand beach at Lake Chatuge and amazing waterfalls you can hike too within a 20 minute drive. I really enjoyed the screened in sleeping deck. It rained several of the nights and it was very cool to sleep outside in such a beautiful setting."
