  • Quiet, refreshing, excellent in every way

"My husband and I reserved this property for a chance to relax and to unwind. It was the best choice! The property was impeccable: very clean, well-maintained, beautifully furnished, fully stocked with essentials, and easy to find. As described, but better! We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch where we could hear the creek while having a morning coffee. The creek was so lovely too. Owners a pleasure to work with. Two nights was not enough!"

  • Weekend getaway

"We stayed in this cabin just for the weekend. We celebrated our 13th year anniversary this past weekend and we brought the entire family with us - my 2 daughters, 17 and 5 years old, my mom and my 17-year old daughter's boyfriend. My 17 year old who is very hard to please now-a-days on family trips like this gave me a thumbs up and just kept saying "wow mom! you did really good on this one! how did you find out about this!?" Both my girls were very happy. My husband was so pleased as well. My mom loved it! The cabin just has a wow factor once you get inside the house. Jolana was very warm and accommodating. She called me around 5pm on the day of the check-in and asked if we were on the way. Unfortunately, i was just leaving work at that time. We didn't get to the cabin until almost 10:30 that night. Jolana again called and check on us the next day. I told her that we didn't get in until about 10:30 pm and she offered that we can stay until 5:00 pm instead of the usual check-out time (10:00 am) since we came in so late. That was so nice of her but we had to leave by 9:00 am to grab breakfast at the IHOP which is about 3 miles away and headed to the North GA Premium Outlet. The outlet was about 58 minutes away. We had lunch on Saturday at Longhorn, also about 3 miles away from the cabin. There were plenty of places to eat nearby - Chik-fil-a, Wendy's, Starbucks, Dunkin Donut - all in the same area as Longhorn. Walmart is also right there as well as CVS! I am so in love with this cabin because of the feeling that you're so far away in the mountains yet so close to civilization. I don't know if that made sense but I just love it! The cabin was equipped with everything we needed - dishwashing soap (which we always forget to bring on trips!), trash bags, ground coffee, cooking oil... It was just awesome! Thanks again Jolana and Tim for sharing your cabin! We hope to book with you guys in the fall!"

  • Nice weekend getaway

"The cabin was very clean, well stocked, and in walking distance to the fish pond next door. Accessing the cable through the Roku was a bit challenging, and the game room was unfinished in the basement. However, the kids enjoyed the gaming system and we were eventually able to access the cable with a bit of help from the property management company. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We would definitely stay at this cabin again."

  • Nice house, no privacy in side! No window treatments.

"Very long curvy trail to get to house. Once you get there it is nice location on the river."
