  • Well appointed home in the Big Canoe community

"This beautiful home is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and is well appointed regarding decor, kitchen supplies, linens and a very handy washer and dryer. The driveway can be a challenge for some vehicles but my F150 made it after several tries using lower gears. It's not for the timid and requires going down to the end of the street, turning around, and charging up the steep drive. The home is lovely. Unfortunately, the area was experiencing a drought in August and the waterfall was not active. There was a nice trail close to the home through a deep canopy of trees running alongside several brooks/creeks. There are a few restaurants and an IGA grocery store down the road from the main entrance to Big Canoe. We also dined at the clubhouse and enjoyed a wonderful meal and golf course view. Beautiful."

  • Lake House Lake Arrowhead

"We stayed for three days in the lake house and it was a great! The house is a great location with a great view of the lake and tree color changes in November. The house has everything you need and the owner Rick was very helpful and provided us with all the information about the house and how to get there prior to our arrival. Beautiful area and home I would highly recommend renting this home for your vacation. We will be back again! Thanks!"

  • Perfect mountain cabin!!

"This is the cabin you've been looking for! We stayed for a few nights over new years 2017 and absolutely loved the stay. Its a small, 2 bedroom wood cabin nestled deep in the woods on a stream. You feel miles from everything. We made a fire in the fireplace every morning and kept it going all day. When weather permitted, we made bonfires near the stream and sat outside and simply relaxed with nature. The cabin gives you the feeling that you are in another country. Sleep was peaceful on the giant king sized beds, and there were no street lights to keep us up. We enjoyed coffee each morning watching the fog roll through the woods while listening to the soothing sounds of the stream. There is plenty of hiking to do right outside the cabin and within a short drive in almost any direction. Do not pass this cabin up! I recommend that you bring good books and dvd's with you for late night; otherwise, just sit back and relax. This is a cabin we will definitely return to very soon."
