  • What a great place

"We spent the Easter weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and have all the amenities that you need to have a very relaxing vacation. Nice area to go for walks, or sit outside under the trees or in the comfortable enclosed patio and unwind. Very convenient to Downtown Blue Ridge, and Ellijay. Look forward to another stay."

  • Tough to beat!

"I conducted a business off-site meeting with a group of 6 people. To make it short: we could not have chosen a better place. First of all, the host: Kelly is one of the most responsive and professional persons I know. Communication regarding some of the details before or during our stay was like a walk in park. You ask a question, you get the answer shortly after. Secondly, the house: Very luxurious, plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space in general - including one of the best views in Big Canoe. There are two large decks, one including a screened in corner. The kitchen is very well equipped, not short of anything. The “open” kitchen concepts insures great socializing while preparing food or making the dishes. The internet connection was very good as well. Overall we were very pleased. Thank You."

  • Quit little cabin was perfect

"We chose this cabin because it suited what we needed for the weekend. We weren't looking for a house with a full kitchen or couch to lounge on. We usually use the room for sleep and showering when we go on vacations. The cabin is about as small as a hotel room but that was perfect for us. It had a microwave, silverware, dinnerware, a mini fridge, AC, an electric fireplace and DirecTV. Outside there is a larger cabin next to it and a hot tub that is shared between the two cabins. Behind the larger cabin there is a man made waterfall that is lit up at night. The first night we were there the big cabin was vacant so we sat behind it and listened to the waterfall which was beautiful and had a little fire right next to it. We also used the hot tub that night once we got the temperature up. The next night the renters for the large cabin arrived but they were not a bother. We were alone again in the hot tub but had a little fire in the pit in front of our cabin. Charlie allowed us to check in early on the first night, which was such a blessing since we got there so early. He has provided a folder in the cabin of some pamphlets and some tourist attracts around. We chose to hike and check out the waterfalls. We walked downtown and shopped in the little stores there. Blue Ridge is a very beautiful town. We hope to return again when we vacation in the mountains and hope that the cozy cabin will be available. The area, the cabin, the amenities, and the price are hard to beat! Thank you so much Charlie for making our visit memorable!"

  • Peaceful Getaway

"We had a wonderful time during our stay...wish it could've been longer. There was something for everyone. The kids had a great time with games and the adults could relax in the wonderful hot tub. It is a very short trip to get to downtown Blue Ridge and other shopping needs. We will definitely keep this cabin at the top of our list for our next trip to the area. Thanks!"
