Beauitful ocean view with peaceful surroundings
"We enjoyed the home immensely. It was just what we wanted, a peaceful oasis with ocean views. Everything was so easy and such great communication from Tarek and the property manager. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Would love to be back as soon as possible. Highly recommend this house for beautiful and peaceful surroundings and my favorite location on the Big Island! Mahalo!"

What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike near by ? Beautiful zoo and botanical gardens. Large Foodland close by. Paolo's in Pahoa was excellent, as well as Kaleo's. This was our second visit, and we will go back again."

"Stayed here with my husband for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any longer though and I would have preferred a full kitchen, but this worked out just fine for us, as we enjoyed eating out at night. It was very clean upon entering, but because it was all closed and locked up, it was very hot and stuffy. We opened the windows and turned on the fans, which cooled it down well enough. I'm not used to the humidity, so it took some getting used to.
The house is small, but perfect for two people and for a short stay. Another review mentioned they thought it was more like a studio, and I would have to agree. Even with the wall dividers shut, it wouldn't be very private.
I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon, with a gentle breeze on the lanai while reading a good book, it was picture perfect. Ronnie texted me to make sure we made it inside okay and to make sure things were clean. She also texted me the next day to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I appreciated the attention. I really liked how close we were to all of the shops and found the town to be very charming.
Evenings were pleasantly cool, private and quiet (with the exception of the birds and frogs, which we enjoyed). The bathrooms were very nice, but it did take a long time for the water to heat up enough to be slightly warmer than cold. Since it was hot and humid outside though, I didn't mind.
I would recommend this place and would consider staying here again."

"We enjoyed the Hulili farm so very much! Longan were being harvested and tasted yummy. Todd and Madeleine were wonderful and kind hosts. Todd provided much insight regarding things to do in the area around Hilo and Volcano National Park. The cottage was very clean with great amenities. The hanging bed was such a treasure and very cozy. There was lots of rain while we were there (10/26-10/30), but the sound was fabulous on the tin roof. The sleep number bed was a treat and worked well for us, surprisingly."
