                                                                                                      Lisa & Robert were very helpful prior of our arrival. Condo was spacious for 2 couples. Unit filled w/ necessary kitchen & cooking items. Super comfortable for my first time condo rental experience. Will definitely do it again @ Hali'i Kai from Lisa & Robert. Awaiting to hear/see about the $400 transaction (damage deposits) & $100 (refund from white resort key card return). Overall, a great experience in rental from owners. Mahalo🌴🌴🌴

                                                                                                      We stayed at the Hali'i Kai condo 20G, June 2017. This review represents a family party of 7 (3 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 "Tweens"). First, the condo is excellent and in superb condition. It is well cared for with all the appropriate amenities for adults and children (majority of toiletries although we brought additional; all the beach gear a family needs; and good parking options). The beach supplies were unbelievably useful and well thought of (beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, awesome beach cart, mats, 2 umbrellas, noodles) for a family from San Francisco. there were 4 bikes with helmets and locks (2 adults and 2 children) which was wonderful, as the local area is very safe to bike around. The home never felt crowded as there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out as they pleased. All the essential kitchenware (and then some), and cleaning materials for clothes and dishes were plentiful. The condo-pool complex was great and never excessively crowded, always with plenty of seats for our family and right next to the onsite restaurant. Food at this place was pretty good, and best part is being next to the kids swimming while we enjoyed eating/drinking. The location was great for what we needed: relatively close to all beach activities, food/restaurants (although expect to pay a little extra based on location). Other adventurous activities in Hilo are a bit of a drive (2-2.5 hrs) from the condo but a comfortable easy one. In brief sum, the condo was a luxurious treat for a wonderful getaway....Hannah, our family thanks you with much Mahalo for a memorable stay! We would not hesitate to come back here to 20G!
