  • Plenty of space, great location

"The home is clean, well situated and has plenty of space. We enjoyed walking to the nearby town and farmers market. Also, the instructions and recommendations were very helpful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

  • The Absolute Ideal Rental - You Won't Want to Leave

"Amazing location. Every amenity imaginable. Gorgeous views. Spotless. Trisha and John's rental is absolutely perfect. The location of Kolea in the Waikoloa Beach Resort can't be beat. Water views. Walk to the pool, beach, hiking, shops, restaurants. Convenient to the Queen K to explore the Big Island. The condo itself is gorgeous, comfortable, spacious and has everything you can possibly need for a relaxing vacation. From the moment I inquired about the property, Trisha has been gracious, responsive and extremely helpful. There should be an option of more than 5 stars! We are all lucky that Trisha and John have shared their Hawaiian paradise with us."

  • Relax in style

"This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."
