  • Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

    "Beautiful condo, couldn't have asked for more! Very nice home right on the golf course. Tons of space for everyone, laundry, close to the pool, wifi, close to BEAUTIFUL beaches. It's really close to the Hilton which was fun to take advantage of their amenities as well. And the owners have thought of everything you might need - beach towels, cooler, snorkeling gear, chairs, you name it."

  • Paradise

    "We absolutely loved our time at this townhouse. As the previous visitors stated-it is superb for a family with kids and or teenagers. This is what we loved: Townhouse- 1) Ample living/sleeping space. Incredibly quiet end unit 2) Plenty of beach toys, scuba gear, ect in garage 3) Managers quick to respond 4) Spices, cooking utensils, and all basic equipment plus outside propane grill 5) Plenty of parking (we had 2 vehicles and parking was not an issue) 6) The grounds were impeccable 7) Incredibly Safe and Secure 8) Tons of towels ect but the washer is a small front loader so do not over stuff it. We learned the hard way. Pool- THE BEST POOL EVER! Hot tub, waterfall, lava style bottom and the perfect temperature. It was incredibly quiet and rarely used by others- It felt like our own oasis. Beach- Beach access card for beach. Slightly rocky farther out so be sure to bring scuba shoes if you are going to scuba dive. Plenty of chairs and cabanas free of charge-first come basis. Restaurant on location. Community- Mauna Lanai is a great community. Roads are wide enough to safely walk, run, or bike. The grocery store, coffee shop, ect is less than 5 minutes away in a car. It is a 10 minute drive to Hapuna Beach & Beach 69. $5 to park at Hapuna Beach. Be sure to bring the umbrella from the garage. We drove to the Hapuna Prince Hotel a few times. Say you are dining at the restaurant. Guest Parking is south of the lobby. Happy Hour food is reasonable. Pool overlooks their beach. Truly stunning view. We went into Kona for groceries (Safeway, Walmart, and Cosco all are close) then supplemented with the Mauna Lanai grocery store. We headed north to the Seafood Grill on the last day. Local Seafood spot which was really good. Local fare and not pretentious. Check out the farmers markets on wed & sat at Wimeae- great place to buy coffee and homemade macadamia nut items. This was absolute paradise. We would come back in a heart beat and felt incredibly lucky to stumble upon this location and townhouse. We would highly recommend this place. Also if you want a great local photographer for outdoor family photos check out James Rubio Photography. He was incredible!! Aloha"

  • Relax in style

    "This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."

  • Beautiful home , Well equipped!

    "Thank you Karen, Arthur and team for making our stay at the Big island wonderful! JT was prompt in answering my phone call and answered any questions I had. Thanks, JT!! This home had EVERYTHING!! I noticed all the details, they had it all! I could tell they have been doing this a long time. We come to the Big Island every year and we are definitely going to be staying here again and if we come with a smaller group we will try one of their other units and I feel confident that it will be just as awesome. :) Thank you again for opening up your home for my group and I! We really enjoyed ourselves. Our kids NEVER wanted to leave. Haha! With Love, Christian, Morgan 3 kids and Friends"
