  • Great getaway, beautiful townhome.

"Muana Lani townhome in a private community. Included beach club access. What we loved about this property was the home itself. Nicely decorated, roomy, comfortable, clean. Each bedroom with it's own bath was a plus as was having a master balcony and a lower lanai. No ocean views, but the location on the golf course is quiet and relaxing. Rarely needed the air on as the prevailing winds were the perfect natural air conditioning. Bennett, our island host, got us situated nicely and provided the necessary contacts and advice. Complex pool was nice, not huge, but a good place to relax with a drink and never crowded. Corner unit is the way to go at this complex, floor to ceiling windows adds to the common areas. Satellite and wifi all worked great. You can't go wrong with this home."

  • The most beautiful location and condo

"We just recently returned from our stay on the Big Island in H303 in Mauna Lani Terrace. My son and girlfriend and my husband walked in and said immediately how gorgeous the place was and the view. We overlooked the royal fish ponds, ocean, beach and pool. It was incredibly quiet the first week of December. We were steps from the pool and hotel resort next door with beach. We could use all facilities including the resort. We played tennis four times at the beautiful sports complex, and took wonderful long walks through the community and royal ponds and to the small shopping mall. The location of the condos was absolutely perfect, private and quiet. We also took advantage of the BBQs poolside. The only downside was our weather the week we were there; primarily drizzle. So having the wonderful condo with its view allowed us to enjoy the beauty, albeit wet! This unit was on the 3rd floor with no handicap accessibility so I would not recommend for those unable to handle stairs. Working with Dave was easy and he was extremely responsive to all email questions and requests. We would definitely reserve this unit again!"

  • A Perfect Stay in Paradise

"A beautiful condo in a heavenly location with more than you ever need! A spacious and comfortable home in a charming resort surrounded by gorgeous trees and flowers. The master bath has a soaking tub that will ease the jet lag out of you right away (at least that was my first order of business). Kitchen full of appliances and necessities, a grill outside, TVs (if you somehow get tired of the views) and a fitness center, outdoor pool, and hot tub just steps away. A very short drive, or a slightly longer and more scenic walk, to a beach with great snorkeling and a lovely restaurant. Lots of helpful info and guidebooks from the owners with recommendations of all sorts of different activities all over the island - we came without a really solid plan of what we wanted to do and quickly got plenty of ideas (visited Pololu Valley, took a Manta Ray Snorkel Cruise). Shops and restaurants nearby, so whether you want to relax by the pool and grill some fresh fish or snorkel and visit a volcano this condo is an excellent place to call home for your trip. We had a truly wonderful time!"

  • Beautiful Hawaiian Condo

"My husband and I decided to spend our 25th wedding anniversary at this wonderful condo. The condo itself is tasteful and elegant, but at the same time, very comfortable. I felt like I was visiting a good friend's Hawaiian home. There are many special touches including flower arrangements, and art work. It's so peaceful and relaxing. If you decide you want to cook, all you need to buy is the food. The kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed having coffee and watching the parade of birds on the lanai. If you want to go out, there are lots of dining options nearby. Nan left a binder full of ideas for eating out, sightseeing, shopping, even places to listen to music The lanai looks out over a grassy area, then fish ponds, then the ocean; you can see just a sliver from the living area. It's a short walk to the water's edge, and the views from there are even more spectacular. This condo allows you access to the Beach Club, and their parking facility. We snorkeled there a few times and really enjoyed it.( Make sure you get a mask that fits!)We also had lunch at their restaurant. If you want a special dining experience, go to Canoe House at the Mauna Lani Bay and Bungalows Resort. They gave us a great table for our anniversary dinner. The food was delicious and the sunset was glorious. If I ever return to the Big Island, I would stay here again. Nan, thank you for a wonderful place to spend our anniversary. We have so many pictures and memories of our time there. We absolutely loved it."
