  • Incredible property! Incredible location!

"All around amazing trip at Mauna Lani Terrace. We were blown away with how stunning the condo was, and by the impressive views. We loved that it was secluded enough and not have the hustle and bustle "resort-like" feel, but that we could walk to the neighboring resort for pool side cocktails and delicious Poke Bowls. Maya took care of every last detail, so that we didn't have to worry about a thing, right down to toiletries in the bathroom and aloe in the fridge! The condo is spotless, and elegantly decorated.. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this little slice of heaven and cant wait to go back.... this time for longer!"

  • The property was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The property was very clean and well equipped. The barbecue and dining area "al fresco" was a bonus. We were a family of 5 and the space at the property was generous. We were able to enjoy each other without feeling cramped. It may have been nicer to stay closer to the beach but we found a shortcut through the Lava Tube historic site and it was a very comfortable walk to the Mauna Lani Beach. Access to two bikes also helps to get around without using the car in the Mauna Lani area. The beach was good for swimming and it was easy to get something to eat at the location and spend a nice day snorkelling and swimming. The walking trail to the Petroglyph area (past the hotel) was terrific. We saw more than 10 turtles lazing around and took great photos. The shopping centre was nearby and had a good grocery store and several nice restaurants including one that offered vegetarian food. Distances on the island demand that one drives a great deal but the location of the Mauna Lani makes it all accessible. We travelled to the Waipio valley in an hour, took Saddle Road to the volcano in approximately two hours and a trip to the Kona area was an hour. Finally, the beaches to the north such at Hapuna and Mauna Kai were very accessible. All in all, the location proved to be quite central. I would recommend a stay at this property. Happy holidays!"

  • Love this vacation home!

"Wish we could give 6 stars. This home was a lovely paradise. Fully equipped kitchen, wonderful large bedrooms, bathrooms and living space in general. Loved the beautiful furnishings with a relaxed feeling. The pool area with the grills, whirlpool and waterfall just steps from the house was perfect. Loved the artisan hula girl lamp downstairs...umm we ran across the artist in Kona and one will be arriving soon! :) We highly recommend this for an extended family with kids and grandkids or 2-3 couples."
