  • Perfect House in Paradise

"What an amazing luxury in paradise! My husband and our families stayed here for a week as we were getting married close by and what an amazing house! It was a great location and a perfect setting for our families (all seven couples) to get to know each other! The pool was tranquil and the theater room was a nice surprise! Right on the golf course, it offered privacy and a peaceful view. Close to the shops at Mauna Lani, the beach and restaurants (easily accessible with use of the golf buggy) it was more than we could have asked for. The finer details of this house were superb and the kitchen was an amazing place for everyone to gather and cook. The bedrooms were amazing (though the 7th bedroom was a little cosy compared to the rest of them with no bathroom access), it still served its purpose. The master bedroom was overly spacious and the bathroom fittings were magical! I could not have asked for a more amazing stay whilst celebrating my wedding. Thank you to Susan and Scott for all their hard work and understanding during this time. We hope to one day return for more celebrations."

  • clean, great little place close to pool

"stayed here for 2 weeks with my wife and 2 young children. place was exactly as advertised, very clean with everything you need. it is right by the (super nice back bottom, waterfall having) pool and a nice 15min walk to the beach club. the company was very responsive but really we didnt need them for anything. as for the are a very short drive from the complex shopping center with restaurants and a small market and from the beach club connected to the property. the beach is coarse sand and a little rocky with no waves and very good snorkeling. if you want better sand and waves it is a 10 min drive to either Haupuna or Mauna Kea beaches and they were both beautiful. There are more restaurants and bigger market 5 min drive away in the Wailakoa Beach complex and a full supermarket 20 min drive in Wailakoa village. My only gripe is the lack of local Hawaiian businesses/food but that is true all over the big island except for Hilo. in all a great place and a great vacation."

  • beauty, privacy, honesty!

"this home is even better than it appears in pictures. lovely original art, great taste in decor, sliding walls of glass that open up the house to the outdoors. fantastically useful motorized shades. lovely pool and spa with a view of the golf course and over it to the trees and distance that much reminds me of my times in africa. strange but true. kitchen stocked better than one can imagine by a long shot and a great working office space so you can take care of the things back home that still need attention. i love this house. no other way to say it."
