Most wonderful stay
"We have rented many properties from VRBO and yet this is the best one.
Rooms are very clean. We are a group of 6 adults and two 4 year old boys. Upstairs have 4 single beds and king mattress toppers. Our two 4 year old boys ended up on mattress toppers and we could enjoy quiet nights. :)
The kitchen is the most carefully stocked of all rental properties we have stayed. They even included rice cooker, steamer, and a nice knife set. Since we have young kids, we don't really want go out for dinner every day. We stayed home cooking simple dinners. The kitchen worked out great.
They also have boddy boards, floating tubes, and bikes in garage. We took boards and tubes to Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea Beach. That was super fun.
The management team is friendly and work efficiently too.
We highly recommended this property."

"Our extended family gathered here to celebrate a milestone birthday; the group of 14 was spread out over 3 units, and we were pleased to be in #604. The accommodations were much more plush than other condos we've rented in the islands--very comfortable, nicely maintained, and quiet. We used the well-stocked kitchen and bbq extensively (our unit tended to be the gathering place) and really appreciated the big lanai dining table. The location is great--not right on the beach, but the included access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club (a short drive away) is a nice feature which we took advantage of daily. The beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling with calm water and chaise lounges, as well as a restaurant onsite. You can also rent snorkels, boogie boards, and SUPs there, but our unit came equipped with all the above (plus bikes) which got plenty of use. Our sons (ages 19 and 22) enjoyed having a gym in the complex and used it regularly. Grocery shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of the unit, and other lovely beaches are within a few miles if you want to explore further. The layout of the unit worked well for us with a huge master suite on the main floor and two generously sized bedrooms downstairs, each with their own bath. We would return in a heartbeat!"

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
First time to the Big Island and best vacation weather we have ever had!! Great pool and fitness area that was very quiet for Spring Break. Beach club was busy so we spent more time at the pool. Great location to attend conference at nearby hotels. House was perfect for our family to be together when we wanted but also for each to have privacy. walking distance for groceries (foodland) at Shops at Mauna Lani. LOVE the fresh fish and poke at Da Fish House and the bbq was perfect for some great family meals. Only negative was not enough outdoor seating for meals for whole family; but this is a pretty small concession for what you get."
