  • Perfect Get-away place to unwind and relax!

"This is a state-of-the-art 3 bedroom condo located right on the golf coarse with access to their own private beach. It is very well maintained and extremely clean. 5 miles from Waikoloa Beach Resort for shopping and entertainment and approx. 30 min. from Kona. Everything is provided in the kitchen and bathrooms that you could need. Extremely comfortable beds especially in the master bedroom. We actually have requested this condo 4 times now because we are so comfortable and at home here. If you are interested in keeping in touch while you are away, wifi is provided along with a printer for your business needs. I don't think you will find a more comfortable, Pristine condo in the area. A Gas grille on the Lanai is perfect for your dining needs. There is also a pool area right across the street from the condo along with a work out area. You will definitly feel relaxed, and at home in this condo."

  • Loved this property...so many helpful amenities!

"What a beautiful home. Our 5-person family loved the ease of the pool, the bikes, the beach chairs, the snorkel sets....so nice to not have to purchase our own to enjoy the vacation. The access to the Beach Club was a great perk. Definitely recommend this stay to others with families!"

  • A great find on the Kohala Coast!

"My husband and I recently stayed at J102 for one month, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The unit is tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and filled with nice surprises: In the kitchen, every small appliance one could want - - from espresso machine to french press, blender to wok, you name it and J102 has it. All the cleaning and household supplies you'll need are provided - - laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, kleenex, paper towels, trash bags - - we didn't have to purchase any of these typically-needed items. Linens and towels were plentiful, including 6 nice beach towels. The master bedroom was lovely, with its own huge bathroom (separate sinks, separate tub / shower) and private lanai. The 2nd bedroom was configured with 2 twin beds when we stayed, and it too had its own bathroom. There's a half bathroom in the hallway for guests. Outside, the lanai housed lots of goodies for the beach, including several boogie boards, multiple sets of snorkel equipment (mask/snorkel/fins), and many sand toys for young children. The wireless internet was fast and reliable, and although we didn't watch much TV, the large screen TV in the living room was great (it has cable channels) and there was a TV in the master as well. The location can't be beat - - 3 private beaches within very short walking distance, a private pool (only for the Mauna Lani Terrace), and a short car ride to some of the best public beaches in the world (Hapuna Beach being our favorite). The Shops at Mauna Lani are pricey but fun to look around; we ate twice at The Blue Room, a very nice French restaurant within the Shops area. We also took advantage of the Foodland grocery store at the Shops, which is a bit more expensive than the Safeway in Kona, but soooo convenient and with a pretty good selection considering it's a small grocery store. It also has a decent wine selection. If you like sushi, don't miss "Sushi Rock" restaurant in Hawi, a small town about 45 minutes north of Mauna Lani resort - - well worth the beautiful drive up the coast. Just writing about our wonderful stay is making me wish we could be back there now! Tim was a pleasure to work with; he really went the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed from the start! Can't say enough about this fantastic rental."
