  • Perfect location and price! Great for family vacations.

"Our stay here was great! The unit is nice and clean. (The pictures in the listing represent it well.) I love that it has a washer and dryer. The beds are comfy, we all slept well. The location is absolutely wonderful and is the most important thing to me when booking a place to stay. I love being in the Waikoloa Beach area and not paying the resort prices! There are so many things to do within walking distance."

  • Beautiful 2 Bedroom Condo!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay on the Big Island and we had a blast! Super easy to rent and work with the property management company. Excellent instructions on how to get to the condo and use pass codes to enter. On your way in to Waikoloa Colony Villas there is a shopping center with everything you need, grocery store, gas station, gifts and restaurants. We walked into a beautiful spacious, super clean condo with everything we needed for a great stay! The condo had a fully loaded kitchen; cookware, bakeware, dishes (and a complete plastic set for by the pool). There was Tupperware for transporting our meals on the go so we could avoid using plastic bags and wrap! And a brand new refrigerator. There were a few spices in the cupboard (salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder). The pool is just a 1-2 minute walk from the front door of the condo and has 2 BBQ grills (which we used on most days). There were beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler and a couple of beach mats for heading out to a the beach that was only 5 minutes north of Waikoloa. There were plenty of towels provided and so nice to have a washer and dryer! The location was perfect for staying on the Kona side of the island. Easy to head up north or cross over going through Waimea. Tip: there is a really nice grocery store in Waikoloa Village about 15 minutes from the condo. We only ate out 4 times on our 10 day trip because it was so easy to cook our own meals and head out for the day. We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Fabulous experience in Waikoloa!

"The property was well equipped, and ideally situated just a short drive from Hapuna Beach and all of the major resorts in the area. It is walking distance from the Hilton, and some great sunset viewing spots on the ocean as well! Jason was incredibly accommodating, and more responsive than any host I've ever seen. Would most definitely stay there again, or any other property he is associated with!"

  • Excellent choice for a stay in Waikoloa community

"This condo is in a great location and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in the Waikoloa/Hilton Grand golf course community. It is very well equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and all of the basic condiments and spices one could expect in a rental home. The furniture is comfortable and the owners clearly take pride in delivering good value for the price. Waikoloa Colony Villas are a small part of the gigantic Hilton property that includes a golf course, 2 shopping malls with plenty of good restaurants and shops with pretty much every kind of merchandise you could want. The Waikoloa Colony Villas community includes a decent but somewhat small pool area, and is a nice quiet place for families or couples. Probably not the best place for rowdy groups looking to party on the lanai; the buildings are fairly close together and it's easy to hear conversations outdoors on adjacent properties. Not a problem for our stay, but if you need absolute privacy, look elsewhere."
