  • Great vacation rental in Waikoloa.

"This holiday season was our second spent at Property 487000. It did not disappoint. We hated to leave and will probably return. Everything one might need for a peaceful vacation is there."

  • The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The lanai was perfect!

"Jeff and Susie did an amazing job of showing us that customer service was their #1 priority. They not only provided a great place to stay but wanted the overall experience to be second to none. They were flexible with some details which customized our experience. It created a special anniversary trip that we never could have pulled off at a resort. From the beginning, they communicated regularly via email making sure that every detail was covered. They even answered touristy questions about places to see and gave recommendations which were spot on! To give my own recommendations: The Coffee Shack near Captain Cook for a breakfast stop on the way to the volcano is amazing for the food, view, geckos and overall experience. Hike at the Pololu Valley trail past Hawi at the end of Hwy 270 is breathtaking and well worth the workout. Snorkeling in the Hilton Waikoloa lagoon was great for seeing turtles and tons of fish. The white sand beach at Mauna Kea Resort was easy on the feet in and out of the water (just ask for public beach access at the guard shack). Eating at the deli inside the Island Gourmet Market at the Queens Shops was delicious, inexpensive, and a beautiful couple minute walk. The condo is in a beautiful complex that has a great pool area about a 1-2 minute walk away. The beach at A-Bay is about another minute walk past that (slightly rocky but doable). With the Marriot, Hilton, Kings and Queens shops all within a couple minute walk, you can easily stay here without needing a rental car. I highly recommend Kolea 16A for any family or group looking to stay around the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. You will not be disappointed with the accommodations and especially the service. Thank you to Jeff and Susie! You made our trip amazing and easy all at the same time!"
