  • Elegant and peaceful condo

"Don and Cheryl have created a top notch place to stay on the Big Island. This is a top floor unit, looking out on the King's golf course and towards the ocean. The listing description and photos are accurate and up to date. The unit was clean and in great condition. The interior has high end yet comfortable furnishings and a very comfy king bed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, dining ware, and even some bottled water and staples. There is a large, high end gas grill on the lanai with a nice wood dining set on which to enjoy your meal. Our hosts had some Hawaiian treats and Kona coffee waiting on the counter for us when we arrived. This was a great touch that made us really feel welcome. They have an informative and very complete notebook that answered many questions. There is also a nice HP desktop computer and inkjet printer to use. The wifi was speedy. The Perkins have thought of many little details that made our stay even better. Highly recommended!"

  • Best place to stay in waikoloa beach

"Beautiful and spacious with lots of extra amenities. This condo was high class with a feel of home. You could cook in this kitchen but the restaurant/bar at the pool is the best place to be. The staff at this place are friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone."

  • Couldn't ask for a better condo

"We stayed 2 weeks in this condo and I can only think of good things to say. It was well decorated. The layout of the condo with the extra 1/2 bath was great. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen updated and contained everything we could possibly need. Loved the plantation shutters on the lanai doors. We left the lanai doors open all night for the wonderful breezes. I tried to book the condo for next year as soon as I got home but it had been already taken for my dates :-( Hopefully I will be able to stay another time."

  • THIS VILLA HAS IT ALL

"We rented this Villa August 8-15, 2016 As so many reviewers have written, this villa has it all. The kitchen is stocked with every conceivable small appliance, gadget, pot, cookware, cup, glass, dish, etc. All the rooms are large with the exception of the second bedroom which is still adequate. Because of it's size, there is no dresser in the second bedroom, but the Blackburns cleverly have installed hanging canvas shelf organizers for clothing and shoes. The only items not supplied were bar soap for the showers and Kleenex. All of the furnishings are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great which is needed on the Big Island in August. The view from the lanai is gorgeous, overlooking the pool, King’s Lake and King’s Shops. One evening we watched a fireworks display from the lanai. My husband loved the Bar-B-Que area. There are 6 Weber grills and a facet and sink. All needed Bar-B-Que supplies were located in one of the kitchen drawers. The location of this unit could not have been better. Close to the pool, grill and even the elevator. There is an assigned parking spot which is just steps away from the elevator. A tip for great shave ice is the Original Big Island Shave Ice truck which is about 18 minutes north, located next to the Blue Dragon Restaurant in Kawaihae. A large Shave Ice is just $4.00. They also have fabulous ice cream sundaes."
