This is a great place to bring your family. This condo has the right recipe for relaxation and fun!
"This is an outstanding condo! The view was gorgeous. We loved watching the sunrise on the lanai and listening to the birds chirp. This condo would be very comfortable for an extended stay due to all of the amenities included. The kitchen is well stocked in all of the essentials you need to make a home cooked meal or just walk five minutes to many restaurant options. The Lemon Grass restaurant makes a fantastic pad thai noodle! Beds were very comfortable and came with more pillows and blankets just in case! I also loved having a washer and dryer at my disposal. That made things really nice. I packed light so that I could buy more souvenirs! I also loved being on the third floor. No noise from neighbors..and for all of the light sleepers...that really helps. Great place to stay and would love to stay again soon. Thank you."

"We were very happy with our stay in Hannah's home in Kolea. She thought of everything to make our stay fantastic... lots of little things, like having Saran Wrap and garbage bags available, so we didn't have to run out and buy them. It was the most comprehensively stocked condo that we have ever stayed in.... on Maui or the Big Island. It was also a pleasure to have lots of beach equipment to use!
The layout was good for our family of 4.
Hannah was a pleasure to work with!
We would highly recommend this home in Kolea!"

"The condo was perfect for a family of 8 or any group smaller. The layout was great and not too much furniture to clutter up the place. Kitchen came with everything including 2 coffee makers which came in really handy when comparing different Kona coffees from the island. The location is wonderful, close to everything, shopping and beach. Sunsets on the beach most nights and then a short walk back for dinner. The property butts up against the pool and vegetation so good secluded sight for kids to run. The pool was used almost every day. A wonderful condo, in a paradise setting, wanted to stay longer, but back to the snow we must go. Thanks for everything."

Very nice condo within walking distance of beach and shops in Waikoloa
"Thank you Sylvia - we had a very enjoyable stay in your condo in November 2016. Everything we could wish for was in the condo (including a coffee machine). The complex is very nicely maintained and the grounds were beautiful. We really appreciated how close our unit was to both the beach and to the Kings and Queens Shops (including grocery store and coffee shop). For the second week of our trip we stayed in a different condo complex in Waikoloa and we had to drive everywhere - definitely not as convenient. The other complex was also not maintained as well as Vista Waikoloa (for example, the blinds didn't work and the floor tiles were all coming off the floor). Sylvia's place has been updated and is a well-built complex. We never used the A/C as the layout of the condo means you can get some nice cross breezes. I liked how it was on the second floor, so we could leave the windows open for ventilation. I loved the view of the mountains & sunrise from the lanai. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming."
