Second time here
"This was our second time staying here and once again it was a great experience. The condo is in a great location that allows for easy drives to beaches, bays, and other sites. The condo itself was perfect for us and our two teenage kids - clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home. We would return in a heartbeat."

"This was our second visit to this condo and we hope to come back soon. The location is so convenient to everything that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer. We took advantage some of the restaurants at the Waikoloa Hilton... Lunch at the lagoon cafe for Ono fish and chips which I recommend. Pizza at Dona and Tony's for a perfect view of the sunset. We also played the "putt putt " 18 hole course. It is half price after 3 p.m. We had the opportunity to go on a whale watch out of A-bay with Ocean Sports where we had to stop for 40 minutes because the whales were so close....Amazing! Things that we liked about the condo itself were ------ the outdoor kitchen, proximity to the pool and workout room, the well kept grounds, well equipped kitchen, having a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms since there were two couples sharing the villa. We took advantage of the local farmers markets, entertainment ((free hula performances, and Hawaiian music at both the Queen and King shops), The Blue Dragon Restaurant also offers music with dining. (About 10 miles north) Waikoloa is north of busy Kona which was another plus for us. Nice beaches are close by. Make sure you stop at Costco for groceries if you plan a week or so visit since it is so nice to sit and eat outside on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. I would recommend this villa to friends. The owners are great to work with and respond to emails in a timely manner."

"We had a great time at the Fairway Villa! This condo was very spacious in a great location. The amenities really made this feel like a home away from home. I almost booked a hotel but very glad we went through VRBO. Waikoloa was a nice resort, good access to the "A" beach and close to shops and restaurants. Hapuna Beach is a must! Thank you for sharing your place with us, Heather and Lothar!

"This was my first time using VRBO so naturally I was a bit nervous, but dealing with Gordon was an easy and pleasant experience. The condo was beautiful and the fruit, nuts and coffee put out for us were a very nice added touch! Not to mention there is a closet full of snorkel gear and beach toys, towels, and lots of other stuff. Gordon is very easy to work with and accessible throughout your stay. The process of booking the condo was very easy and Gordon even provided info on things in the area. All in all this was a very pleasurable experience and Hali'i Kai is an amazing place to stay, safe to say we will be back!"
