  • Wonderful spacious, well equipped condo.

    "We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. The kitchen was so well equipped with every thing you could possibly need. We also had the use of beach chairs, tennis racquets & boogie boards Peaceful location but not too far away from good shopping amenities & a beautiful communal swimming pool close to the condo. Well maintained tennis courts a few steps away from the condo. I would highly recommend staying at this condo you won't be disappointed. Hoping it won't be too long before we make a trip back."

  • Excellent location, incredible owners

    "This was our first trip to the Big Island. The condo is in an ideal location for those who do not want to be in the busy city of Kailua-Kona. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and cozy and very quiet at night(and even during the day). The condo is within a short walk to both the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace. You can hear the music from the free shows at the Kings Shops while sitting on the lanai (don't worry, it isn't loud and it is finished by 9 PM). Some of the best beaches on the island are within a 15 minute drive from the condo. Our personal favourite is the beach at Mauna Kea and if you have little ones, I would highly recommend it as the shoreline is shallow and the surf was nearly non-existent. You just have to get there early as only so many car are allowed into the free parking lot for the beach. Nick and Anna were excellent to deal with. I can see why their condo is booked most of the time. They quickly responded to any questions, even the ones not related to the condo itself! They provided excellent information on what to do and see. Their onsite management was easy to reach and quickly had the broken hot water heater fixed the same day we reported it. Nick also followed up by email the following day to ensure it had been repaired. I highly recommend heading to the Hilton to see the entire property. It is beautiful. But expect to take at least 1/2 day to see it all, and the best part is, its free! We enjoyed a nice romantic evening out at the Three Fat Pigs restaurant in the Kings Shops. The staff was excellent, service was great and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the manta ray night snorkel trip if you don't mind being in the water at night. It was an amazing experience and I something I will never forget. Also a trip to the volcano is a must. The first time we went, it was pouring rain but the stem vents were performing, however you couldn't see the crater. The 2nd time we went, it was clear and the steam vents were non existent and the crater was amazing. If you are an avid golfer, this is the ideal location being right on a golf course. So bring your clubs! When we return to the Big Island, we will definitely rent this condo again if it is available. Guess we will just have to plan way ahead!"

  • Perfect condo

    "This condo was exactly as advertised and more! Very well appointed and mere than enough space to accommodate 2 adults and three older teenagers. Just a few minutes away from the Ocean Club where we swam and enjoyed spectacular sunsets. Mahalo Mike and Wendy for sharing your wonderful vacation home."

  • Perfect Location

    "We are frequent visitors to the Big Island. We were coming over for the Lavaman Triathlon and thought it would be nice to get something closer to the event. We found this home and are so glad we did! Everything is as pictured and the location was absolutely perfect! All of the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there is a great BBQ on the patio. The furnishings are very comfortable and have an "Island Style ". The pool and jacuzzi are also very close. The Garage is a great feature and big enough for a Tahoe SUV. If you have a big family hit COSTCO on the way in or just use the market 5 minutes walk down the street. Not to mention there is plenty of shopping and restaurants there also. For the price of this condo you would have a hard time finding anything better.."
