Great location near shops and beaches, central air, ground floor and kids enjoyed the pool
"Love the location as it was close to several shops and restaurants, several sandy beaches (Hapuna, Beach 69, Kua Bay, Kukio) and close enough to drive into Kona for more affordable groceries (Costco, Safeway, Walmart). The central air worked great and made it comfortable to sleep. We had a dedicated parking spot and was able to use visitor parking for our 2nd vehicle.
We had family members stay two units away in A103 which was perfect. Would recommend going to Kalapana and renting bicycles to the active lava flow. We also wanted to go Star Gazing on Maunakea, but ran out of time. We need to come back!
Owners were easy to work with and answered all questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again."

The Absolute Ideal Rental - You Won't Want to Leave
"Amazing location. Every amenity imaginable. Gorgeous views. Spotless.
Trisha and John's rental is absolutely perfect. The location of Kolea in the Waikoloa Beach Resort can't be beat. Water views. Walk to the pool, beach, hiking, shops, restaurants. Convenient to the Queen K to explore the Big Island.
The condo itself is gorgeous, comfortable, spacious and has everything you can possibly need for a relaxing vacation. From the moment I inquired about the property, Trisha has been gracious, responsive and extremely helpful.
There should be an option of more than 5 stars! We are all lucky that Trisha and John have shared their Hawaiian paradise with us."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
One of the guidebooks in the condo described the Vista Waikoloa as a Bargain & we would agree. It has a great location though not directly oceanfront. We stayed in E-303 for 2 weeks & loved it. From the lanai, we had a great view of the gorgeous sunrises looking left in the morning & of the glorious sunsets in the evening looking right. Straight ahead we could see A-Bay as well as a "far away" peek at the ocean itself. The condo was large & we really appreciated the half bath as well as the 2 full baths with the 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable place to stay. Some units have wet bars on the lanai; this unit does not. I would have liked having our own bbq but I don't think any of the units here at their own. While there is a common area with bbq's we didn't feel like making use of those. All in all, a great stay & a wonderful place."

"This condo is in a pristine resort setting. The complex offers a beautiful oceanfront pool, gym and restaurant/bar. The condo is beautifully decorated and well outfitted for the vacation traveler. The availability of beach equipment and the owner's personal recommendations for area beaches and restaurants were very helpful. The attentive owners responded to inquiries promptly. We can't wait to go back!"
