Perfect Family Getaway!
"This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). It was beautiful, clean and probably the most well stocked kitchen for a rental I've ever seen. The snorkel equipment and boogie board was a pleasant bonus. The easy walk to shops, pool and beach kept our teens entertained. The owners were very gracious and accommodating when we needed a little extra time to check out."

"First my rental contact P (I cant say her name on here) was amazing. I am probably more difficult than most when it comes to making a decision on a vacation unit for my family 6000 miles from home. So, I had a lot of pre decision questions. P promptly responded to every one and was super patient with my process. Kudos to her big time!!!!!
Now on to the condo itself. When I saw the pictures the interior décor really stood out to me. It was different and definitely my taste. It has fantastic Grass Cloth wall paper which I have had in my own homes on several occasions and yes its coming back big time, and very nice looking professional appearing décor and pieces. Most units have drab painted walls with a neutral colour designed to not impede anyone's sense of taste but those are boring. As I clicked the pictures from room to room I liked the décor across the condo more and more. I looked at the Specs and found the condo large and the extra half bath for the living area is a great addition. The kitchen is spacious and full of cabinet space, containing more than adequate plates, glasses, utensils, all sorts of cooking appliances, pots and pans, containers and even an electric griddle. Don't forget the blender for those all important Pina Coladas... Top floor unit with tall trey ceilings, very large Lani wrapping around to the master bedroom and great views, inside and out. I especially like the view as a panorama. Watching the sun rise over the mountains to the left, watching the spray of sun as it lights everything in its path, catching the changing light and view as the day progressed and setting sun to the left. Each bedroom has an on suite which is fantastic, parking is immediately in front of the building and the elevator is a must at the end of a long day if your not 29 any more HAHAHAHA. I make this next note very positively. We had a couple very minor issues and they were promptly taken care of with ease and convenience. This is something l wish more reviewers would comment on. As a reader, this gives me confidence that the management company is there for the guest not just for $$$. This one was great. The pool was very nice and always had plenty of vacant chairs and very nice bathroom accommodations. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and completely enjoyable every day. What a great place and again a fantastic agent. Updates and materials may change with time of course. We absolutely loved it 1000% and hope nothing changes. M"

"Ok, I am an owner that rents a condo in Michigan, we have strict requirements from our association. So everything was very nice and clean except for the carpet area close to the kitchen. Really in a need of a good scrub. Simple suggestions, better lighting and purchase clocks for 2nd bedroom and living area. Island time is one thing, but no time is another thing. Other than that, we had a great stay. Enjoyed watching golfers on the lanai in the morning shade. Small issue that could not be helped, very noisy group above us for numerous days. We called and asked issue to be addressed, but thought we were blown off."

"We had a wonderful time at this condo with our family, there was plenty of space for all 6 of us to spread out. My only concern is the condo is not really "fully stocked" We needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels, foil, not to mention salt/pepper plus other spices. Propane for the BBQ is not included either. This made it difficult for us and we ended up not using the BBQ. The condo has been "well loved" by guests and upon arrival first glance was very nice, now it is very nice and spacious but like I said it has been "well loved" and is in need of some clean up/repairs. The carpet is stained, the downstairs living couches, dinning chairs, and patio furniture have signs of lots of love. Quite a few of the bath towels were very used and in need of retirement. It was very humid during our stay and ceiling fans on the patio would have been fabulous....we saw that other units do have fans. Stacy was very attentive to issues with appliances and the garage door key pad when we arrived explaining those are due to be replaced soon. The key pad was replaced during our stay and the garage was wonderful to park in as the parking situation is limited if you have more than one car. The garage of full of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. Other than those issues our family had a wonderful time on the Big Island. The condo is in the perfect area with the pool right across the parking lot, within walking distance to the Queens, Kings Shops, the Hotels and the beach. We found Beach 69 10 min north to the left at mile marker 69. Great little spot for snorkeling!"
