  • Would do it again in a heartbeat!

"Clean, spacious and modern. Close to shopping and beach. My kids loved having the pool during the day and roaming the huge golf course at night. Highly recommend!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"We stayed for 8 nights with our two boys. It was kid and adult friendly. Very clean, everything was there (boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, etc.) The kitchen had most essentials. It was close to the shops and very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Lothar answered my emails within minutes. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

  • Excellent location, incredible owners

"This was our first trip to the Big Island. The condo is in an ideal location for those who do not want to be in the busy city of Kailua-Kona. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable and cozy and very quiet at night(and even during the day). The condo is within a short walk to both the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace. You can hear the music from the free shows at the Kings Shops while sitting on the lanai (don't worry, it isn't loud and it is finished by 9 PM). Some of the best beaches on the island are within a 15 minute drive from the condo. Our personal favourite is the beach at Mauna Kea and if you have little ones, I would highly recommend it as the shoreline is shallow and the surf was nearly non-existent. You just have to get there early as only so many car are allowed into the free parking lot for the beach. Nick and Anna were excellent to deal with. I can see why their condo is booked most of the time. They quickly responded to any questions, even the ones not related to the condo itself! They provided excellent information on what to do and see. Their onsite management was easy to reach and quickly had the broken hot water heater fixed the same day we reported it. Nick also followed up by email the following day to ensure it had been repaired. I highly recommend heading to the Hilton to see the entire property. It is beautiful. But expect to take at least 1/2 day to see it all, and the best part is, its free! We enjoyed a nice romantic evening out at the Three Fat Pigs restaurant in the Kings Shops. The staff was excellent, service was great and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the manta ray night snorkel trip if you don't mind being in the water at night. It was an amazing experience and I something I will never forget. Also a trip to the volcano is a must. The first time we went, it was pouring rain but the stem vents were performing, however you couldn't see the crater. The 2nd time we went, it was clear and the steam vents were non existent and the crater was amazing. If you are an avid golfer, this is the ideal location being right on a golf course. So bring your clubs! When we return to the Big Island, we will definitely rent this condo again if it is available. Guess we will just have to plan way ahead!"

  • Wonderful Location

"This was our 25th consecutive trip to the Islands - 4th to the Big Island. On 80% of those trips we rented condominiums, and this location was by far the nicest location of all. Our unit was exceptionally large and very well equipped. Having our own BBQ grill on our lanai was a wonderfully convenient touch. The entire complex is very well maintained and the evenings were pleasantly quiet. The complex is across the street from one mall and next door to another. Both provided free live entertainment virtually every night. Shopping is available every day, and the beach is a short drive (or walk) away. Although we don't golf, there are two courses within the Waikoloa complex. For us, the only negative is the remoteness of the location, and in many respects that's it's biggest attraction.. Kona is the major shopping location and that's a 25 mile drive. Hawaii (The Big Island) is very large and requires lots of driving for sight seeing. We have stayed in many condos, on every island, and have frequently experienced nightly street racing and noisy parties in local night clubs. We choose and prefer the quiet, peaceful area of Waikoloa. That's what draws us back to the islands."
