  • Lovely stay at Waikoloa

"Van was quick to respond to emails. The property was certainly adequate with kitchen supplies and linens, etc. The lanai is small compared to similar properties in the area, but this is not something that can be changed and I only mention it as we spend most of our time on the lanai."

  • Perfect absolutely the best.

"We were extremely impressed with your property. Very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a stay away from home. The views are amazing from the lanai. It sits perfect from the pool and shopping and let's not forget the walk to the beach. I am already planning a second trip and hope your place will be available. I definitely will recommend this place as the place to go and stay at when going to Hawaii. Thank you."

  • Well-appointed unit in a great location

"This is our third stay in 3 years at the Vista Waikoloa complex. We love the location - across the street from A-Bay and walking distance to the shops. There is a lovely pool, you don't hear or see your neighbors, it's quiet, and it's good value for the area. We have stayed in a different unit each time we've been here, and this unit definitely has been the nicest furnished and has the best equipped kitchen. It has a contemporary feel without too much of the uncomfortable rattan furniture you find at so many places. It was sparkling clean and nicely updated. The patio furniture was comfortable, there were lots of towels, and I appreciated the variety of pillows to choose from. I hate limp, squishy pillows! There were two things that were less-than-perfect for me. The bed in the master is very hard. I like a firm bed, but this one was too firm for my taste. There also is some road noise since this unit is at the front of the building. We have stayed in D building in the past, and prefer the quiet of the golf course side and the lovely sunrises over Mauna Kea. The road noise isn't terrible, but since I'm a light sleeper, it did wake me up on occasion. Overall, this is a wonderful unit, and we would probably stay here again even with the road noise and firm bed!"

  • Amazing property!!

"Not quite the walk to the beach they advertise. But there is an awesome pool. My grandkids had a blast. The shopping center across the street has fabulous food and shops. The man who runs the place is very pleasant and very helpful! I would recommend this place as long as you have a car."
